I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to view images in my file. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

  • Restarted Figma three times

  • Restarted my computer

  • Checked both the Desktop app and the browser version

Despite these efforts, I am still unable to view the images. Could you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?

I understand you're having issues with images not displaying in your file, and that the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried haven’t resolved the problem.

To help us better investigate, could you please check a few more things?

 

  1. Could you try connecting to Figma from a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists?
  2. Is this issue happening in a specific file, or are you seeing it across all your Figma files?
  3. Could you try adding the same image to another file, and see if the issue still occurs?

 

If connecting from a different network resolves the issue, we recommend reaching out to your IT team for further investigation into your network environment.

Thanks for assisting.
I tried all the steps and I am still seeing this issue.

It is not a problem about a specific image or a file. The problem persists on all the file and on both browser and desktop. 

I have tried everything, and still not been able to resolve the issue.
