I am unable to view the pictures i have added on figma

I understand you're having issues with images not displaying in your file, and that the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried haven’t resolved the problem.

To help us better investigate, could you please check a few more things?

1. Could you try connecting to Figma from a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists?
2. Is this issue happening in a specific file, or are you seeing it across all your Figma files?
3. Could you try adding the same image to another file, and see if the issue still occurs?

If connecting from a different network resolves the issue, we recommend reaching out to your IT team for further investigation into your network environment.

You can share the following resources with them, which may help:

•  Adjust your network settings 
•  Troubleshooting checklist > Check your network settings 

If the issue still persists after step 1, please let us know the results of steps 2 and 3. This will help us better assist you.

Thanks for assisting.
I tried all the steps and I am still seeing this issue.

It is not a problem about a specific image or a file. The problem persists on all the file and on both browser and desktop. 

I have tried everything, and still not been able to resolve the issue.
