Hi, I deleted my pro team like a couple days ago and i canceled before I deleted. But figma still charged the subscription. May I know if I could get refund for that.

I understand that you canceled your Professional plan and deleted your team a few days ago, but still saw a charge, and you're wondering if you’re eligible for a refund.

Please note that canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of the subscription fee already paid, except in limited cases as outlined in our Renewal & Cancellation terms for Online Purchases.

When filling out the form, please follow these steps:

  1. Under "Please choose your issue below", select “Account and file management”

  2. Under "I need help with...", select “Delete account”

  3. In the description box, include the details of your request along with your country of residence
