New Figma EDU Verification Process

Our company was approved as a Bootcamp under the new Figma EDU verification processes which is amazing however, we had additional questions that we’re trying to get answered so that we can operationalize and get our in flight students reverified under the new program. Our many emails have gone unanswered. Has anyone else who’s an approved bootcamp gotten their students successfully verified? We did sent our initial list over but again, no response as to if they were or weren’t verified. Our students are starting to lose their access.
