So - first of All, the button appears for a second, and thenb just disappears. I tried to check it up on different accounts. 2nd of all - When looking troughout all figma community files, why not to let person open few sources like links in browser? - its really frustrating that sometimes faster way is to re-enter the tab and write the same input in search field

This area of the interface is currently registering actions on mouse release, even when the press starts outside and the cursor is only moved into the area before releasing. As someone using a drawing tablet instead of a mouse, I find this quite frustrating, since it's easy to accidentally release the mouse within this area after adjusting the gap on the side.Details:I use a drawing tablet instead of a mouse. When adjusting the Gap (on the right side), I highlight the Gap field with the pen pointer, then quickly move the cursor back into the design area. If I perform the action quickly, the pointer often slides over the alignment adjustment area before being released. That’s how I discovered the issue. 

Now I can’t set a cover. I followed the instructions to move the artboard to the top-left corner, but it doesn’t work. Please bring back the feature to manually set an artboard as a cover — without it, files are no longer visually organized.

I’m trying to switch my team to using Slides, but when they export the decks to PDF they are reporting huge file sizes (over 10MB) even when setting the quality to “low”. Even with very basic slides, the files are large, how can we get decks below 5MB without having to use a 3rd party compressor? And why are they so massive?

I opened my Figma today and saw the announcements of what launched at Config. However I could not read most of it, as the text was cut off.I use lower resolution (1168x755) to make text bigger on my laptop (MacBook Pro 16”), so I presume this is why the popup content was truncated. I often see this issue on the web in general – a button falls outside the viewable UI, text gets cut off, etc. Usually I need to temporarily zoom out in order to be able to access the button or whatever (although this is not an acceptable solution). In Figma I tried using the usual hotkeys for zoom Cmd +/Cmd -, and nothing happened (I have since discovered it’s called “Interface Scale” and uses different hotkeys). There was also no way to scroll, resize, expand this modal popup. The only solution, I presumed, would have been to change my screen resolution and I am not prepared to do that.There is a reason I have my settings the way they are – because I need them that way.  I should not need to compromise my

The svg_include_node_id property doesn't exist in the Pulgin API's ExportAsync method when exporting to SVG, but it is present in the REST API's GET image endpoint. Can we please have the property in the Plugin API as well? The svg_include_id property isn't enough to map figma nodes to SVG elements. Hi, Why can we not use naming that matches JSON when creating tokens? My developers cannot just copy paste the tokens since the naming is different.  

Hey Guys,I am not being able to use Brandfetch plugin. Is something wrong with this plugin? I searched online and it has not been closed too. Can somebody help me out in this? It shows something like this in all of the similar kind of plugins 

When i updated new figma version, i can not find variables tab anymore, or missed any step to find it?  

 When you open a file in Figma Desktop for Windows, the app always uses your system’s current date and time—even if it’s earlier than the file’s real last-edit timestamp—and records that as the file’s “Last edited date” without any validation. As a result, if your computer clock is set behind the actual time (for example, due to sync issues), Figma will overwrite the true last-modification date with a past date, effectively making it look as though you haven’t opened the file in months or even years.In the image, i’m open the last file.Time and Date now. 

Just before installing this update everything was running smoothly. Right after a lot of layers display shadows that are not reflected in the Effects panel which shows nothing is applied. I tried adding and removing still shows the added shadow :(

I was importing an SVG generated from Illustrator. The text looked off (too long). Then I inspected the SVG and the imported settings. I noticed that the “letter-spacing” attribute of <tspan> was ignored during the import. This breaks SVG specs.

I’m wondering if this is a bug. Sharing a ‘Presentation link’ gives the recipient a view-only view of the working Figma file along with notes. Makes sense if there are other presenters and they need to see the notes too. Sharing an ‘Audience link’ gives the recipient a view-only view of the slides. However, it also allows them – who will very often be a client – to click a button at the top to open a view-only version of the Figma file along with all of the presentation notes. Unfortunately, it’s currently not fit for purpose to share a link with clients, as there’s no way to send it purely for viewing without all the additional UI options to open in Figma and view notes etc.} Ideally, there needs to be a sharable ‘Audience’ view of the slides where all that can be seen is the slides – no extras, no ‘sign in’, no ‘add comments’ (ideally this can be switched on OR off), and definitely no ‘open in Figma Slides’. Just a view of the slides, and that’s it.

Basically I have the Figma admin account for a team that is attached to a Gmail account, but I no longer have access to this e-mail, so if I try opening up a ticket in the Support menu, the answer will be sent to this e-mail, and I'll not be able to respond or even check it. Also, I'm not able to try the solution that involves logging out and resetting my password so I can break through the Google SSO login and change the e-mail for this account since, as I said, I no longer have access to this e-mail to get the reset password mail at first.

I no longer see the small dot on the Figma icon in the taskbar when I have new notifications.  

Widgets keep disappearing from Figma and needs a app quit and restart to get them back. This happens often.Figma Desktop App version 125.3.6 , Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81)

現在作成中のデザインを元にFigmaスライドを作成していましたが、リンク先を保存せずにページを閉めてしまいました。デザイン自体は保存できているのですが、スライドを最後の作成段階に戻すにはどのようにしたらよろしいでしょうか。

As the Screen recording shows, I cannot change color in part of the instance, not matter if it’s linked to a variable, or detached. It can only be changed via its master component.
