Thanks for the reply @Junko3 . I have refreshed Figma a couple of times with no change, and the issue is across all files. I usually only use Figma in Chrome, but just downloaded the desktop app and the files seems to work fine there.

Me, and whole my team experience the same issue. But for me, desktop app does not work either.

Hi there, I’m still having issues with draft files loading in the browser (Chrome), just an empty white board with no frames showing, I can see the layers, but nothing is shown to actually edit. Based in Melbourne Australia.

Hi @Salad

Did you try refreshing Figma?

If you’ve fully refreshed Figma and still see the issue, could you please confirm the following:

  • Is this issue occurring in a specific file or across all files?

  • Is this happening only in Chrome? Have you tried any other supported browsers or the desktop app?

Hi @Salad  and @s.v.zaytsev, I’ve created a separate thread to continue troubleshooting further for you.

@Salad

I understand that you’re seeing an empty whiteboard with no frames visible across all of your files in the Chrome browser, but everything works fine in the Desktop app.

Could you please check the following:

  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of Chrome.

  • Try opening Figma in a different browser to see if the issue persists. Our other supported browsers are Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

This guide might also be helpful: How do I configure my browser for Figma?

Based on the information you share, we’ll escalate this to our Support team if needed.

@s.v.zaytsev

Could you please provide a bit more detail?

  • After fully refreshing Figma, are you and your team still experiencing loading issues across supported browsers and the desktop app?
  • Is this happening in a specific file or across all files?
  • You have access to multiple teams — does the issue occur across all of them?
  • Could you try connecting to Figma from a different network, like your mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists?

If the issue persists, could you please share a screenshot or video recording showing the full Figma screen so we can see exactly what you’re experiencing?

Thanks,

My bad. Someone in my team moved all elements to another page :) I didn’t notice that.
