I canceled my plan close to a year ago but am still getting charged $64.80 per month, which is $778 over a year. I can’t find any email address or account where I am still subscribed, so I don’t know how to cancel it. And I can’t find a billing contact unless I have a paid plan. Please help.

Hi Dave - I’m sorry for the billing issues. Unfortunately, I don’t access or ability to research, remove billing, or issue refunds on my end, BUT I’m appy to get you connected with support for expedited help.

First thing: please fill out this help form, and let me know when you’ve done so. I’ll then make sure to flag in on my end. If you can’t recall the address you are being billed under, don’t worry. Please include the best email to contact you at, and support can take it from there.

I found the ticket, and I escalated it as high priority - someone should be in touch soon.

Just as a side note: there may still be a possibility of delay since we’re approaching the weekend, but I’ll keep tabs on your ticket.
