Hey, I subscribed on october 6th, was charged on the same day, then month later on november 6th. I cancelled my subscription on november 8th. Then few days back (december 6th) I was charged AGAIN, even though I deleted my billing data.What’s even stranger the date on the newest invoice says Start: Nov 06, 2025 End: Dec 06, 2025, just like on the previous one, though the amount is different.I tried this AI chat, but it said it would only allow human contact when being on pro plan LMAO

Hello everyone, I’m using Figma’s MCP through ChatGPT’s dev mode (web version), since from what I understand the “native” ChatGPT apps are not yet available in the EU. Overall, it seems to work correctly: the diagrams are generated as requested.The issue arises when I click on “Edit in Figma”: it opens a project with the correct name, but it has no content, as if it were a newly created file.In your opinion, is this a problem on ChatGPT’s side or Figma’s side?Thank you in advance for any insight.

When I connect components from my design system to other working files, some unexpected layers appear inside the component once it’s placed in the file. These layers do not exist in the original library in this components.. What’s even stranger is that these layers come from completely unrelated components that share no structure and were created independently. For example, one of my components contains an icon and a line of text wrapped in a single wrapper. But after placing this component into another file, the wrapper suddenly becomes wrapped inside an additional wrapper — a wrapper that does not exist in the parent component. This breaks the layout, because that unexpected wrapper inherits layout settings from a totally different component. If I edit or use the same component inside the main design system file, everything works fine — the issue appears only after inserting the component into another file.Has anyone experienced anything like this? It feels like this started happenin

Back in June of this year, I had many active projects saved in my "Drafts" folder, as well as personal projects in "All Projects". However, when I logged into my account this month after a period of inactivity, all my recent files were gone.Currently, I can only see old files from 5 years ago.I have tried checking different teams and the "Deleted" tab, but I still cannot find them. These projects are extremely important to me. Could anyone please assist me in recovering them?

Text layers are displaying the wrong font formatting in my designs. The font style shown in the right panel is correct, but the visual rendering on the canvas is wrong. The only fix is to select the text layer and reapply the same style. Once reapplied, the text renders as expected. Steps to reproduce  Open a Figma file that uses shared text styles. Select a text layer. Notice the text appears in the wrong font despite showing the correct style in the inspector. Reapply the same text style. The text updates to the correct visual font.  ExpectedText should render with the correct font on load without needing manual reapplication. ActualText renders with the wrong font until the style is reapplied. ImpactSlows workflow and causes incorrect typography across design files. Designers must manually restyle layers, which increases errors and inconsistency.  

After updating to macOS Tahoe and the latest Figma update, my laptop's processor started to overheat. I don't work with large files but the situation is critical for the laptop's processor. MacBook Pro M1

With an element selected (a line) and changing stroke color and selecting a color, the color picker often falls back to its previous state. This does not always happen, making it impossible to give more insight into this bug, so it’s your turn to look into it.MacBook M2 Max 38 cores, 64GB Ram,  MacOS 26.1 (25B78), Figma 125.10.8.Figma board with 634592 frames (so it appears when I create a new frame).   

Previously, the "Spacing" function worked correctly and aligned frames with the specified values. Now, however, it's not working properly  

I’m using a MacBook Pro (M1), and for the last two days I’ve been experiencing a severe delay when cutting or pasting objects in Figma. Each action takes around 20–30 seconds to apply. This makes it very difficult to work and breaks my workflow.This issue is specific to Figma — other apps respond normally.Please help diagnose what might be causing the slowdown and how to fix it.

Recently, I've noticed the frame selection shortcut no longer works for me, which is very annoying because I use it all the time.I tried across different Figma accounts, across my desktop app and browser, and the result is always the same: the shortcut does not work.I've tried inspecting the keyboard layout and other shortcuts using a combination of these keys work fine; it's just this single shortcut that does not work for me.

 Can you guys fix this? These lines are so distracting when I’m trying to work. This is in the web app. The dark line in light mode has been there for over a year I think. The bright line in dark mode just showed up today I think.

I’m having a billing issue related to an old Collab subscription on this account, and I can’t solve it on my own because the Billing panel is no longer visible.Here’s the full context: A couple of months ago, my Education access expired, so I subscribed to the Collab plan on this account (using this same personal email). I subscribed thinking it would include Figma Design, but I later realized it only gave me access to FigJam and Slides. Because of that, I canceled the Collab plan a few days after subscribing. On the cancellation screen, I saw a message saying that I would still be able to use the paid features until a specific date in the following month. After that, I applied again for the Education plan, my request was approved, and my account/workspace was migrated back to Education. Once my account switched to the Education plan, I lost access to the old Billing/Admin panel where I used to see my paid plan details, invoices, upgrade/cancel options, etc. The problem is

Our team is on the Organization plan and I’m noticing that when I start a new Figma Make, I’m only seeing two of our published DS libraries that are accessable. See attached image for extra reference. I’m not sure why no other libraries are showing up here since there shouldn’t be a limit of the number of libraries right?I’m also an admin if that helps. Hi all,I’m running into a pretty severe performance issue in one specific Figma file, and I’m hoping others have seen something similar or can help pinpoint what's going on.Whenever I try to cut or delete any layer that contains complex components (a mix of local components and components coming from our shared library), Figma freezes for up to 1 minute before the action completes. This includes deleting from both the canvas and the layers panel.A few things to note: The lag started immediately after updating components from our team library This only happens in one file Other files with equally complex component structures do not have this problem Both the desktop app and browser show the same behavior The issue only appears when cutting or deleting. Navigation isn’t particularly laggy. Hey guys. Looking at settings page in Figma Site everything look good and set but the social sharing image is not working. Looks like a Figma bug.

I am experiencing a persistent issue in Figma when creating slides: elements (images and text) automatically jump to the top-left corner of the canvas, even though they were previously positioned correctly.This happens unpredictably across multiple frames and projects.Key points: The issue occurs even when the layers are locked. The repositioning happens without any interaction from me. I’m not using Auto Layout or constraints that would intentionally move the elements. This behavior forces repeated manual repositioning and significantly interrupts the workflow. This issue does not happen in other slide-creation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote), and it feels like an unexpected rendering or frame-reset bug within Figma.Would appreciate investigation into what could cause locked layers to auto-reposition.

Hi All, I have seen many similar issue than mine on the forum but still couldn’t find a solution, so if somebody could help me that would be great! I have an issue with the Text tool, every time I select it and try to write something, either blue dot lines appear (and only in the corner up) -- see screenshot 1, or the text box appears and empty (and impossible to write something in it, I don’t even have the text cursor only the selective arrow) -- see screenshot 2.    

Hi! I’ve been having trouble getting my Figma account back to an Education account, even though SheerID confirmed that I re-verified my account on September 11 (Verification ID: 68c1ab53f897ce280a8b5dff), which was before the September 29 deadline. SheerID mentioned that since the verification on their side was approved, the issue now lies specifically with the offer redemption process on Figma's side.I’ve sent education@figma.com several emails since about my issue, but I never received a reply. I’d really appreciate any help to be able to re-access Figma Education for my student work! Thank you in advance.

 Hi. I am having an issue opening my project files in Figma. Before, it took a little longer, but now it happens very quickly; I do not even open the file and the message already appears. I saw someone with a similar problem and tried all the suggested solutions for this case, but without success.Help with this would be great.   

I’m unable to locate a file that I didn’t delete. I still have the shared link, but I can’t access it, it says the design file may have been deleted, moved, or is unavailable.Please, I need help resolving this.

My Figma Education Plan was renewed about one month ago, and everything was working normally. However, today my plan suddenly changed to the Free plan even though the renewal date has not ended yet.Is there any usage limit on the Figma Education Plan? 

I have paid for a Professional Full Seat license at £14 a month and I am unable to toggle and use the Design tools bar at the bottom of the sheet on slides and edit a doc my colleague set up. I also can't use the tools when I set up my own slide. Does anyone have any ideas why this tool work? I contacted support with the problem at 5.30pm yesterday and have still not had a human response or useful Tech bot one. Thanks!
