Follow-up on Refund Request – Ticket #1780744

Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to follow up regarding my refund request for the accidental subscription on my account (ammar.shtayeh@gmail.com), which was submitted earlier today under ticket #1780744.

I noticed that the ticket status is marked as "Solved", and I just wanted to kindly confirm whether the refund has been processed and issued to my original payment method.

Since the subscription was made unintentionally and the paid features were not used, I would greatly appreciate your confirmation regarding the refund and the expected time frame for the funds to appear in my account.
