I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, as I'm not sure who to contact directly about a billing issue.
I run an agency and due to cashflow reasons, I need to switch from my yearly subscription to a monthly plan. However, I can't seem to find a way to make that switch within Figma itself. On top of that, my latest invoice just charged me 192 EUR for the yearly subscription which I'd like to request a refund for.

Could anyone point me to the right support channel to get this sorted? I'd really appreciate the help!
