Situation:so as i was trying to translate my design into other language, i keep getting these error ID which is : srid_F60569Y8PFYRS3SCT3Z6PEPDB. Question:i've been stuck in this for a while, how do i fix this? 

I’m experimenting with refactoring a loading spinner component to use the new Figma Motion features, to leverage the new motion variables (duration and timing). Previously we had animated the loading spinner by creating a looping rotation using prototype interactions.I’ve set it up to rotate 360deg with a duration of 1000ms. I’ve dragged the motion timeline to 1000ms. Previewing the animation on the master component works as expected.However, when I add an instance of this component in another Frame, Page, or another Figma file the motion timeline changes to 2000ms. The spinner is no longer continuously spinning, it pauses in the middle.How can I ensure that all instances have the set 1000ms timeline duration?

Hello Figma Team,Last month, I made a payment of $5.50 USD on July 29, 2026 because I wanted to use more of Figma’s features.However, this month I was suddenly charged a total of $30.51 USD. I did not request or approve any plan change, so I was very surprised by this unexpected charge.As a student, $30.51 USD is a significant financial burden for me, and I would like to request a refund.After the payment was made, I cancelled the plan and have not used the paid features. Hi,I am trying to create a Make kit and I click Add items on your kit > Libraries and it lists down the libraries available in the organization. However, there are libraries that I need that are not shown on the list even if I search for them.Are there any settings required on our library files for it to be used in Make kits?

I have a button component that I had built a long long time ago before Figma changed how variants worked / a lot of the new functionality was built that made them more flexible.This component is set up where I have a skeleton for a button with two sizes and a bunch of possible toggles (for icons, labels, etc), a second component which includes that skeleton as an instance which has all of the state / color variants, and a third icon-only component with specific dimensions for each size to keep them square that has the main button component with the skeleton instance nested within it.My issue is when using the icon-only button and changing the variant of the underlying button component (e.g. to change the style), and then changing the size of the icon button, the skeleton instance resets, undoing all overrides to the skeleton. This only happens when changing to a different variant of the button component - if I use the default button variant and make changes everything works fine.I’ve i

When driving a FigJam file through the Plugin API via an MCP integration, I hit three reproducible problems in one working session. Filing together since they all stem from Plugin-API-over-MCP reliability.1. Cross-page reads return empty. Reading a page's children for any page that is NOT thecurrently active page (e.g. figma.root.children[n].children where n is not figma.currentPage) returns 0 nodes, even when the page clearly has content. Only the active page reads correctly. This makes it impossible to reliably inspect or verify content on other pages.2. Cross-page clone/append fails silently. Calling .clone() on a sticky and appendChildonto a different page produces no visible node and throws no error. The operation reports success but the content never appears on the target page. Recreating nodes from scratch on the active page works; moving/cloning across pages does not.3. Edits don't reliably persist / possible transaction rollback. Hello Figma folks!We have a large design system, and a part of that design system is a separate detached library file that houses ONLY variables.We have three variable collections: spacing (margins/paddings), border radius, many colour variables.There are two obvious bugs:First: a library that has no components will not be visible in many of Figma’s panes. In the example below, there is one more library added to this stack, but it’s not visible. I have to create one dummy component for the entire library to become visible.  With one dummy component added:  This looks like an obvious bug. Libraries should be visible regardless of what they have inside of them.  Second: when we do somehow manage to get this library visible, the number (#) variables in it are not usable by other Figma files. I’m trying to get an auto layout frame with two text boxes in it expand upwards when text is added, and have the text stay aligned to the top of the box, rather than extend the box downwards.I can get this working with the text only by changing the auto layout alignment, but as soon as I fill the frame with a colour, it doesn’t seem to work.The reason for this is I need keep the horizontal gap consistent across the image, so effectively, the top two boxes (red and blue) expand upwards when text is added, and the bottom two boxes (yellow and green) expand downwards.The current build I’ve got them to expand downwards only, so the horizontal gap breaks if the boxes are different heights. I’m using auto layout on the left and right columns, which are then in an auto layout with the heading to make sure everything stays central in the image when text is added.The images - first pic is the template with nothing added. A user reported that several people in her contact list have received this email today and she doesn’t even have a Figma account.  Was there a recent compromise to Figma’s system?  If not, what is causing this?  Emails are being sent from Figma’s domain, no-reply@mail.figma.com.  See attachment for more information.  Need to know what caused this and how to prevent future emails like this. 

I’ve been working on a plugin with the new AI generated plugins functionality. After testing, I want it published so people in my team can also test it but I can’t do it because I keep receiving errors all the time:“Something went wrong!, Please try again, or report this file to the Figma team for support. An error occurred. Please try again”That’s what I receive all the time.How can I solve it? 

I love the idea of figma motion and can see it working in my setup, but the lack of audio is a huge miss for animated with timing and sound. I am sure there is a plan, but do you have any info as to when audio will be introduced? FYI - I tried making a plugin using the agent and it said no to me. :)Thanks in advance!Dan

I've created a nice container-component that has a slot. It consists of a parent (height fixed) and a child (height fill). Whenever I add an extra component to the slot, the slot jumps to height fixed, but I can't think of any reason why that's necessary or desired. I now have to manually reset it to fill, which is not helping with productivity. What I want is that the slot just keeps the set height property as is defined in the container-component, because that was my intent in the first place. I could only find an old closed post about it that seems related, but closed:

Previously, when I created my Make file, it had a Pages feature that allowed me to jump to the pages I wanted.I went on vacation, and now it doesn't work anymore.When I click on "Enable Pages," it pastes a prompt into the agent, and AI tells that the feature is already implemented, but it doesn't actually work. Hi Figma team/community, We’re experiencing an issue with components from our design system library. We have a central Figma file called “Voyatek Design System”, which contains our components and nested components. These components are published as a library and are being used across multiple product files, including ITS, TPP, and ADMIN. The issue is specifically happening in the ITS file: • When we bring a component from the Voyatek Design System library into the ITS file, the component resets itself. • The nested components within that component also reset to their default/library state. • This causes the customizations and overrides we’ve made in the consuming file to be lost or reverted. • The same components are working correctly in the other files (TPP and ADMIN). • The ITS file is currently a branch, which may be relevant to the issue. When the MCP server in Figma Desktop (macOS) is on, the MCP panel (shown in Dev Mode for a selected node) has a setup button with two lines and two circles, and tooltip “Open set up modal” which shows a popup where I can turn off the MCP server “Enabled” toggle or configure the Image source.If I toggle off the Enabled option, the setup button disappears from the panel entirely, and if I closed the modal, the only way to turn the MCP server back on is to search the Actions commands palette for Enable desktop MCP Server.I hope the UIUX can be improved :) The setup button should be always visible in the panel regardless of whether the server is on or off. There should be another way to indicate the server status.

Hi, figma support team! I am urgently need to move or change all of my design file in figma to new email account. Currently i use student Email with student plan, and in three months my account will be deleted because i was graduated. Now i need to move it so my work doesn't lost entirely. If there any other option, such as export it offline or anything else, it will be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
