I recently canceled my Pro subscription, but I noticed that a $20 charge is still currently processing on my card. I would like to request that this transaction be canceled immediately before the charge is completed, as I no longer wish to use the Pro plan. Please confirm that the charge will not go through and that my subscription is fully canceled. Thank you for your help

I have been using the Figma Make AI from 5th September 2025 and used it for few days like till 14th September 2025 or so, But now it shows that the credits will refresh at 1st October 2025. I thought there is only daily limit of how many prompts you can make per day, not how many days you can use in month as well. My project is been on hold since my Credits haven’t been refreshed yet.

Hello Figma Team, I’m a postgraduate design student at Monash University, and I’ve been trying to access Figma’s Education Program for several weeks now. Unfortunately, what should be a simple verification process has turned into a loop of rejections, blocked attempts, and system errors — all thanks to SheerID. Here’s what happened: I submitted my government-issued ID (first a South Australia Age Card, then my passport), as requested. The photos were clear, glare-free, and unedited — I followed every requirement listed. As a result, I received “We were unable to confirm your identity”, with no explanation given. Even more frustratingly, I was never given a chance to upload my student ID or proof of enrolment — the verification flow simply didn’t include that step. Hello there,I have encountered a confusion in admin interface of figma plans. Admin - dashboard, billingUse case: I have vacated some of the seats we used, some of them were annual and some monthly. Some collab, some full seats. Since yesterday, Figma Make has suddenly stopped working.It had been working perfectly before that.The problem is that after entering a prompt, it gets stuck at the “thinking” stage and then stops without any feedback or progress.One strange symptom is that when I enter a new prompt, the previous one reappears together with the new one — both start “thinking” again and then freeze. This keeps repeating.I’ve already tried every possible fix: version rollback, file duplication, using a different browser, etc., but nothing has solved it.Is anyone else having the same promlem?

When you’re using Figma to design for many projects or with multiple teams, how do you keep your components (buttons, icons, cards, etc.) organized so everyone can find and use them easily?

The selection tool shows up as a white rectangle and doesn’t let me see the dimensions of things as well

I’ve been working with the Figma app’s MCP Service in Copilot Agent mode, but I have the occasional timeout after 30+ seconds even though it doesn’t seem like Figma should be blocked by anything.  Has anyone seen the same and figured out what’s causing it? Alternately, is it possible to see logging from the MCP server process? Thanks.

Whenever I use the Glass Effect, I encounter the same problem. I create a frame, fill it with a color, and adjust the opacity. However, unwanted lines start appearing, even if I convert the frame into a component. This issue occurs every time, and I would like to understand the reason behind it and how to fix it.

I saw another post Whyte font is missing from Slides template and it’s solved literally 15 hours ago. But the issue still exist in this design kit where this font family is used as a Text Display styling but not available to most users.I assume it’s a similar problem to that post so I reported it as a bug. If this belongs somewhere else, I’m happy to submit this there.

I can no longer copy one line of CSS out of dev view.I now have to use the clipboard icon to copy all the CSS and paste it into my file, then delete what I don’t need.I have added stills showing basics.I am on a Mac Sequoia 15.3.1, using Figma in Firefox Dev 139.0b5. It seems to be ok in Chrome, but that is irrelevant, unfortunately, as process is dependent on Firefox Dev.

I want to search for sections that I have titled. I usually keep a flow in a named section, and when I go to search for that text, figma looks through all existing text. This makes finding something in the file super frustrating. Does anyone have advice? Maybe a way they organize stuff to make everything super searchable?

Our Figma covers seem broken when we’re looking in the projet view.We use 1920x1080 and 1280x720 and both are looking bad now : smaller in the preview mode.   

I’d really appreciate some help here, can’t get mobile prototyping to work in the way I’d expect. I am prototyping an app with a bottom anchored toolbar. As such, “Fit” type settings are critical to avoid users from missing these buttons. However, any combination of settings I try in prototyping (Fit, fill, presentation, different preset phone frames) do not actually fit my prototype within phones of varying sizes. Here’s an image of what I’d expect would happen.

I want to create assets in different sizes in bulk. But you can’t fill in the sizes into your spreadsheet. So how can I create assets in different sizes with the same title, copy and image?

Can Figma Make use the custom fonts available to my organization and team?

Since the last update, it’s impossible to copy and paste the image fill, into another component.I’m working with Auto Layout and I used to be able to select the fill > copy this > open another component > select the fill > paste.This doesn’t work anymore. It’s a feature I use all the time. Does anybody else experience this?

Has anyone found this icon? It used to exist in older versions of figma—figma even shows and talks about it in their documentation, BUT it seems like there’s been an update and it’s moved/buried somewhere.I can apply variables to colors under libraries to choose the variable color. However to apply numbers (like 500) or strings (like unique text phrase for header for eg), they are setup as variable but there is NO icon in appearance or typography section in my design panel. There are variable referenced in type settings but that seems to change the weight/height things. I’m trying to set number values and set text phrases.I’m completely lost/stuck. Thank you!

I work for a white label product which depends heavily on the functionality that would be provided by Extended Collections.While we have been using workarounds such as Variable Swapping plugins, *ALL* of the plugins that I've tested end up failing here and there -- It's just not a consistent way to work.So, I've been keeping this feature on my radar for a while now, but it seems to have been removed from the "What Figma features are in beta?" page and the most recent information I have on it is from a Reddit thread from 7 months ago where someone claiming to work at Figma said it was delayed.Does anyone have any information on this feature? I know I'm not the only one who really needs it.
