I’m trying to publish a library to Figma Make, but the “Export to Figma Make” option isn’t appearing. I also tested this with other libraries, and the option never showed up for any of them. Is there a way to resolve this?I am on a education plan as a student and according to this it should work for meThank you!

I have free access to figma through my university email. My university email will expire around 12 months from my graduation (12 month grace period). I will be graduating in mid-december. Does that mean I’ll have access to figma till atleast the end of this year? I was planning to pay for a yearly subscription starting Jan 1 on my personal email acount. But I also dont want to risk losing my files that are currently on my Uni account.

I had two designers on my team with annual seats. These employees have left the company.How can I change the monthly billing for two other employees so they can use the annual plan that has already been paid for and is available?This option is blocked.

I have problem. When I was to Connect Figma Code Connect UI into Github repository I got infinite loading screen.  Is it known problem?  

 I’m hoping someone can clarify this for me. I used to copy objects from Adobe Illustrator with Cmd +C and paste them into Figma with Cmd +V, and they would arrive as editable vectors. I’m absolutely certain this worked before. Lately, though, every paste comes in as a flattened image instead of vectors. Nothing in my workflow has changed, so I’m starting to wonder if I’m losing my mind! Has Figma (or Illustrator) changed something recently? Is there a setting or workaround I’m missing? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi,I designed a UI for an app in Figma. I need to generate the UI code through eka claude, do I need a Figma pro account for that?

My colleagues and I use FigJam for team sessions and until recently, that worked perfectly. Only our designer and I have paid Figma accounts because we’re the only ones heavily using the tools. Luckily we can use the “open session” feature for those team sessions. However, since a few weeks, my colleagues are no longer able to collaborate in the file, despite having started the open session.Is this an issue or is Figma limiting collaboration options for non-paying users (“nudging” them to pay)?Thanks,Job

Hello,Today our entire project folder in our team workspace suddenly disappeared, along with 3 design files inside it.Details: The project folder and all files were visible and editable until today. None of the team members deleted, moved, or renamed the project. The project folder is completely gone from the workspace. Nothing appears in the individual Trash or Team Trash. When trying to open files from browser history, it shows “File not found”. This is for a school project, so we urgently need the files restored. I am working with Figma for about 3 years and it is a wonderful software. Speed used to be awesome in the beginning. It changed after a while and now it is really a pain to open files, select frames and resize areas. It starts blocking my work. You read always “Empty the cache...” I did but no change. Please dear Figma team realize that there is a problem that needs your attention.

Hi, When i was redeeming my student plan, i realized i put some wrong information after i redeemed, so i deleted my account accidentally. I can’t redeem it again now.I’ve contacted SheerID twice and told me to contact education@figma.com with my verification id, but they still haven’t answered me after i sent 3 emails in the span of 2 weeks.Please help me solve this problem.

I don't know why but when I use background blur in my frames now I see this glitch... It never happened to me before, now every time... Can anyone tell me how to fix it? 

I'm unable to move files to your project on the Starter plan when I'm under the file limits. I just see the upgrade plan button after clicking Move File and the project.

I have created a site on Figma Make.Published it to my domain.But...I am not able to link to a specific page within that site. If I ask Figma Make to create anchor links that works. But the link does not work If I embed that link on another file.anyone has managed to find a work around for this?

Dear experts,I shared a file to Anyone with “can view” permissions. When users not signed in to Figma open the URL, they get red error message "You don’t have access to this file" for a second, then get redirected to Figma’s start page. Any idea why this happens?Kindest regards,Victor

When I draw a straight line, the coordinate of the line remains on the edge even when i set the stroke position to centre. This make it difficult to align perfectly. See this example where I am making a cross. Alignment is imperfect even when I use the align tools. You can see the bounding box of the line is on the edge rather than the centre. Can I fix this?Object aligns to the selection bounding box rather than centre of line. This is the result of align both lines with the position align options. I’m trying to make a perfect cross, this is the result. 

I was charged even though I canceled my subscription. I made a purchase on november 9 for $5, and I canceled my subscription around the week of the 17th. Despite that, today, december 9, I was charged $15, when I dont have any active plan. Even when I log into my account, it shows that I'm on the starter plan.  I talked with the support bot and it gave me a case number, but It also told me that no one will contact me. I also sent an email to support@figma.com with the information of the transaction, the case number and screenshots of how my account appears today. I need my money back and also need to be guaranteed that this issue wont happen again.

It seems like Figma is not rendering a Unicode character correctly according to the font family we chose.The character is “Right Single Quotation Mark” and the font family is “Mona Sans,” which features a quotation mark that is rounded.  The one that is rendered by Figma is different - it has square edges.Figma renderingFont in Google FontsDisplaying a different character can cause slight differences in the width of the screen’s content, such that the line-breaking point in the design will not match the line-breaking point in an implementation (with the implementation rendering the Unicode character in the font correctly).

Is it possible to turn off automatic updates in Figma? I couldn’t find such setting. Does it even exist?This last scare was an eye opener: I’d rather work with a stable product and hold back from updating until everything is truly tested and stable.How can I turn off automatic updates or postpone them?Thanks

Figma is freezing very often, I started noticing it in the past few days. It usually happens when I select several frames at once, or try to move things… but it also feels random at times.It’s hard to stop working for a few seconds every few operations just to wait for Figma to respond.

I developed a plugin for Figma and want to publish it, but when I try to publish, I get an error saying, “We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to publish this plugin.”when I emailed the provided address (support@figma.com), Just receiving an automatic reply cannot solve my problemPlease resolve this issue and help me remove this error.
