Already asked here:  But I’m having this same issue and have no idea what the resolution is.Things keep showing as edited and “properties changed” when I didn’t touch those pages at all. My team and I now have to make another branch off the main when we are done working, copy and paste our work into the second branch and archive the first branch we did all the work in bc the first branch always shows so many edits and we can’t pin down what is going on.

Hello,Figma Mirror hasn't been working for few days on my iPhone.It used to work “ok” before but now, every time I want to use Mirror, I just see a black screen no matter what I try. The app correctly shows the selected frame prior to mirroring but as soon as I tap on “Begin mirroring”, I see nothing but a black screen.I tried with different projects... I restarted Figma on macOS... I rebooted my Mac... Is there a way in Figma, or a plugin, to give me a way to see or find out where a variable is being used in a component library. For example, how can I find out where “background.primary” is being used?Also, with that being said, is the a plugin that will give me all the variables for a single component?Thanks!!

Hello Figma Community,I am writing this post to report an absurd situation and to request a direct intervention from the Figma staff.I am a legitimate design student enrolled at ISIA ROMA DESIGN in Italy. Like thousands of other students, I tried to activate the Education plan to use Figma for my studies.Your verification partner, SheerID, first blocked me with a generic error: "Verification Limit Exceeded."I followed the support procedure ("Get help") as instructed. The response I received was an insult: a SheerID agent informed me that my request could not be processed and that my "ticket has now been permanently closed."With no explanation, no reason given, and no way to appeal.I am now stuck in limbo: I am a real student, eligible for the Education plan. I urgently need access to Figma's education plan for coursework, but I’ve been completely blocked by the SheerID verification process.Here’s what has happened so far: I used Figma's education plan for a year and when it was time to reverify I submitted the verification form, but when I submitted my documents, there was an error. I tried it two more times and it gave an error. When I made another try, it said "verification limit exceeded". I reached SheerID multiple times and each time their response was "While we can't offer further details or support for this specific inquiry, please ensure all information submitted is accurate and meets the eligibility criteria for future attempts. Your ticket has now been permanently closed."

Hi everyone,I used to work at a company where I created a FigJam file using my company Google account. That account has since been deleted, but I recently found that the file is still publicly accessible and even appears in Google search results.The file contains internal company processes, so it really shouldn’t be visible to the public. I tried to change the sharing settings, but since my old Google account no longer exists, I can’t access or manage the file at all.Is there any way to delete or hide the file from public view (for example, by contacting Figma support or submitting a removal request)?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Support Team,I'm trying to update my verification for the Figma Education Plan, but without success. I keep getting several error messages saying that the information provided is invalid.My institution does not provide an institutional email, so I use my Gmail account. i want to known how can i use my own api in my figma make project so i can get the real time data

I’m not sure if this is related, but I just upgraded to OSX Tahoe and now I can’t add additional accounts to the Figma desktop app. When I try to add an account through the web browser, the app either crashes, or it keeps saying “It expired, try on desktop app,” and then crashes. How can I fix this?I just logged out the main account and seemed like I can’t log back in to the app at all. The browser just crashes over and over. 

May I know how can we share the dev mode to the external developers? We would invite them as a guest for the file, but can the external developer paid for the full seat account?

We have a modal wizard component with a header and footer and content section with a slot for scrolling content. The header and footer are nested components and absolutely positioned: Yet, when the nested footer component property for number of buttons is changed to a different value (e.g., 4 buttons) than what the default is in the parent component (3 buttons), the fixed positioning of the header and footer are removed. This breaks the scrolling Is this a bug or could there be a problem in the construction? The

I have the education plan and now i can not see the inspect features and also some other properties in making responsive the layout like spaceBetween what is the issue? 

I’ve set this component to include both text and a background. I’m using a boolean to hide the background, but when it’s hidden, the component doesn’t shrink to fit the text — it keeps the same size as when the background is visible.

I am currently UC Berkeley Master’s student and ran into trouble verifying my education account: fanrm@berkeley.edu.I verified it for a new account and accidentally deleted the account. Now I can neither get verified of student status by this email nor recover my deleted account. I have reported to Support Team but received no useful reply.

My version is Figma Desktop App version 125.9.10 

I created bug tickets in Figma for my team. A week has passed, and not a single one was answered. Today, all the tickets were closed with a “Resolved” status and no responses. I submitted both bug reports and sales related tickets. What’s going on?
