The macOS system on my company's Mac computer is version 10.13.6 and cannot be upgraded to the latest version. Therefore, I have been using Figma in the Chrome browser.Yesterday, I discovered that Figma could no longer recognize local fonts. I uninstalled Font Installer and downloaded the latest version of Font Installer. I'm working on designing a banking app UI in Figma and looking for inspiration, best practices, or ready-to-use templates. Security, accessibility, and user experience are my top priorities. How can I ensure a seamless onboarding process, an intuitive dashboard, and secure yet user-friendly authentication flows? Any recommendations, resources, or examples would be greatly appreciated!

When I start Figma, everything remains fine for 5 minutes, but when I start working in Figma, the screen may turn off for a while and then turn on again, or sometimes it may go out completely. Only reboot helps.(((The i5-11400 processor is responsible for displaying images on the monitor. Help me, I’m sick of this problem, I can’t work normally(((

I would like to understand if there is a way for me to transfer my Figma design to Shopify stores without a subscription based app or at least not one that my customers will have to pay for. Hey there,At any given frame for me somehow, whenever I set the orientation to make it “landscape” with 90degrees, the newly created auto-layout frames inside will change it’s direction as well, not just at Width-Height but the Layouts as well.Selected A4 paper as frame Set 90degrees to make it landscape Created two frames inside which I want to work with, didn’t change the orientation, Applied auto-layout, immediately see the Layout shows “horizontal”, but I made it clearly vertical, If I set the Width to ‘fill’, doesn’t do anything however, If I set the Height to ‘Fill’ it will be wider and filled horizontally and vica versa (Height is not doing anything but Width changes the Height like image below)This is something which I just found out because I thought it’s a one time problem but it really comes back over and over again. 

When I don't rotate it and after that I scale it, that frame snaps to pixel by pixel and when I rotate it, it doesn’t snap to pixels, rotation is affected too (Sorry I don't know how to explain this) 

Hello! I have created a branch of my design system to introduce the variables feature. Bug fixes still happened in the main file. Now I’m done with the variables and I want to merge them. But when I start to fix the conflicts, Figma gets stuck. No matter if I open it in the browser or in the standalone app. Reloading it doesn’t help either. Figma memory is still green with a maximum of 44%. Is there any way to automatically settle on “keep main” to bypass the conflict modal? Maybe there is another solution that will help me. I did download the FigmaBeta. Still I do not see the option. What I get to see is Text To Design Option How do I get the AI option with that magic wand icon. I do not also see anything to change under settings. 

Hi Community, Is there a way to find out a list of projects/ files created/ updated under a company account during a specific time frame w/o searching through all files under the company? For example, On 2/7/2025, there are 1,000 files under company ABCOn 2/8/2025, there are 1,010 files under company ABCIs there a way to find out the 10 files w/o checking through the entire 1,010 files, get the “last_modified” date? Ann

Hi guys,I am a new user to Figma, specifically FigJam. I am using it to plan some projects and have noticed issues with the syntax highlighting for the code block in FigJam.  The issue can be repeated by copying and pasting code which results in blank spaces being placed after the line delimiter. After checking on the forum it seems that this is a very old problem. Can't find any settings of the account? I currently recently signed up to try the software as free version buy even unable to find out when my version expires? Can't even check how many days I have left which `i thing is crucial and fundamental information, especially when it comes to use variety different software to try out which one is the most suitable for my future including pricing plans and functionality, so `i really need to know how to plan my daily schedule of exploring between services, This is already kind of red flag ( lack of easy access to such a fundamental option)Please answer asap. i choosed the optionn ”everyone with the link can edit”. when  sending the link to the persons they cant edit, they must setup an account! whats this, why lie with this option?? thansk for wasting my time.

Hi, I have 5 of the same component stacked inside an auto layout, which works fine. However, when I replace one of these components with one of its instances which is taller, the auto layout does not grow/expand to make room for the instance in the stack. Instead, the content of the instance ends up being overwritten by the component below it. I have searched for a solution to what must be a common issue but have come up empty handed. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. Thank you.

Hey community! Does anyone have experience or tips on how to efficiently post Figma designs directly to social platforms? I find the process a bit cumbersome. Would love to know if there’s a faster solution or any plugin that eases the process.

I think I searched as well as I can but I am not sure what the name of the tooling needed is… I want my Red dash stroke to follow the Orange dash stroke so that the red rectangle follows the number dash stroke tooltip (hugs inside). The inverse of what is happening in the green tooltip above with the large rectangle surrounding the number tooltip (hugs outside).

Hello community,I was today starting with Figma and when I launched my very first “New design file” the tool offered to my a kind of interactive template in which I could choose to work on an app for different purposes (finance, travel, social and so on). I could mouseover on topic and then see a first design below.Then I hit F and the the frame menu opened on the right and the interactive thing was gone. Does anyone know how to get back this interactive template which was maybe part of the quick start tutorial?Funnily I created a second account to get it back and it did not re-appear in the second account 🙈Thanks for any hint. Cheers, Andreas

Does this happen to anyone else? It’s literally killing my eyes and brain.Ever since they introduced UI3, depending on what you click on, basic information like position, layout, appearance and other key information moves around. So, every time you click on something new your eyes have to become used to the new position before you get to do anything.Those microseconds are very taxing for people that work 10 hours per day, every day on Figma.I thought it was just because I hadn´t adjusted to the new UI but it has been months now. Its 7 PM and my eyes are completely destroyed after a full day of work.Please help us fix this. Please. This is not good UX. Way too much mental and physical load.

Hi all, I’m trying to have a multi-action within my prototype where once someone selects an option within my dropdown, (setup as “saved reports=Expanded” - and is the 2nd of 3 variants) two things happen: Change to (From “Saved reports=Expanded” → “Saved reports=Selected”) Navigate to (“example-frame-1”) The first action works as expected, but when it comes to the navigating to the new frame, Figma just doesn’t do it. The option to select “Navigate to” is there so I’m assuming this is either a bug, or I need to select something that I’m not seeing. (see attached screenshot of Interactions) Can someone please help? I have a main menu on mobile. It has 4 variants. (menu type: general or admin and state: open or closed)Within the main menu there are several dropdown menus, all their own component with two variants: open or closed.The goal is this: whichever menu variant the user starts from (general or admin) I want the dropdown to 1. navigate them to the correct page, which it doesand 2. close the main menu.. not just ‘change to’ closed which only closes itself.I’ve been trying to create some sort of conditional statement to make this work but I’m having a heck of a time. Anyone know how to do this?I’ll add a visual.  

After publishing the component library, sometimes and in some places that are using these elements, they are completely broken and when clicking on them they return to normal, so I believe it is a bug.
