In Figjam, when I draw a connector from one shape to another, it only wants to snap to the leading edge. Sure I can drop the arrow near to one of the other sides, but it’s not attached to that shape, so won’t follow it if I move the shape. Is this a know bug?

Hey @Brian_MaMu, thanks for reaching out!

I just tried to reproduce this issue in FigJam, but my connectors seem to snap to all sides as expected.

Is this still happening? If so, is it happening in all of your FigJam files or this one file in particular?

Please let me know. If needed, I can flag this over to our FigJam team to investigate.

This is happening to me, as well.

@djv so funny enough, it’s working better now. I can get it to snap to where I want to, BUT it’s still a bit wonky. If I drag the connector directly to the bottom of a shape, it still wants to go to the left edge, but if I drag it just a bit to the right and down from the bottom anchor point it will now snap to the bottom. If I go just a pixel or two to the left of the bottom anchor it wants to snap all the way to the left edge.

Hi @Matt Ward, thanks for chiming in on this issue!

As I asked Brian, is it happening in all of your FigJam files or one file in particular?

With more details, our FigJam team can investigate why this is happening. Are you able to share a file with our technical quality team here? https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If so, please be sure to use your Figma account email address and add support-share@figma.com as an editor (don’t worry - this won’t affect your billing).

HI @Brian_MaMu, glad to hear it’s working better now!

I wonder if it has something to do with the placement. Our FigJam team would be happy to investigate this further.
