Critical regression in LLM functionality: DDL/Migration restrictions

I noticed a new system prompt restriction in the Make environment: "You must not write migration files or DDL statements...".

This limitation breaks my production environments. My workflows explicitly depend on the LLM's ability to interpret database schemas and make structural decisions for active calculation engines.

Disabling this capability renders the tool ineffective for complex operations. I request the removal of this constraint to restore functionality.
