ai tool bar at the bottom and bottom tool bar

Remove ai tool bar at the bottom and bring bottom tool bar as it was from the begining. Or give an option to hide without hiding the rest panels. I dont need ai tool bar and I want to hide it but I couldnt find a way to hide.
