When I try to publish my site with supabase connected it wont let me until I unpair it and this leads to accounts not being created and a whole mess.

Mate I cannot even get onto the app I am just stuck at the home page loading. I opened the app on my friends laptop logged in and everything.  I tried resetting my cache which i saw the internet, to then realise there is no cache option on mac. Great.Updated the version of figmaReset my laptopUpdated my laptop and still i am stuck at this page guys please get your devs to do something for this ridiculously slow app. Don’t let this be the reason I switch. This is such incompetence fix your fucking app

Hello fellows, i have designed below illustrator and wanted to digitize it on the back of a t-shirt and maybe on cap. Do you guys know anyone to do that for me? free or paid maybe? 

Using Firefox browser, any time I deselect an object in Figma (frames, images, etc), a gray box that says “paste” appears next to my cursor and moving the mouse automatically triggers a box-select (as if I were holding and dragging the mouse). I have to press Esc to make the “paste” box go away and click somewhere without selecting anything to make the box-select go away. This happens any time I deselect anything. This means that if I accidentally select something using the bug-induced box-select, it loops me back into the bug. It is hugely obtrusive to getting any work done.

I have a prototype embedded into a slide and that works great, But when I embed the slides file on my Square Space site I get the “www.figma.com refused to connect.” error message and the prototype doesn’t load. I searched and made sure all the permissions are set correctly. Is this a bug or some security setting within the browser?  Any help will be appreciated, for now I have a work around that opens the prototype in a new window via a text link but that is clunky.  

The controls for component properties appear twice when in slides mode. Not the end of the world but kinda annoying to work with some dropdowns. Surfacing this as it does not look like intended behavior.Card in design modeExact same card in slides mode 

The instructions page for saving a local copy does not mention this anywhere. But I’m wondering what “save partial file” actually does. I had always assumed that it would at least save the variables, but not any image assets. But I would like confirmation on this. Sometimes I clone a file just for the variables (dont need all the other stuff in it) and I use “save partial file” to do this quickly. Is this a safe assumption or??

Resolved: After 1h or so it fixed itself~ :) 

When I click the Share button and then close the modal, pressing the spacebar to pan around the canvas in Figma reopens the Share modal instead. I have to press Escape first—presumably to return focus to the canvas—before the spacebar works normally again.

I have sort of a quirky issue with icons:I have a set of icons that are linked to my UI kit icons are placed in, e.g. icon button and applied variable for it’s height (it’s locked aspect ratio but we found out applying the variable to height is more reliable than width) we have 3 density modes: regular, compact, and ultra compact icon button nested in another component is causing the icon within to loose the 1:1 ratio when compact or ultra compact mode appliedThe issue disappears when component gets detached 😓 (The search icon in the screenshot below is nested even deeper what only proves the issue is with this components being nested.) 

Figma's UI already supports RTL/LTR text direction and shows a direction toggle in the sidebar. But this property isn't available through the Plugin API.Is there a reason textDirection isn't exposed on TextNode? It would be really helpful for building RTL ↔ LTR layout conversion tools. Right now we're stuck using textAlignHorizontal as a workaround, which doesn't fully replicate how native RTL text behaves.Would love to see something like textDirection: 'LTR' | 'RTL' | 'AUTO' added to the API. Is this on the roadmap?

I am using a professional plan but have suddenly lost access to plugins. They are now blocked by a popup that wants to convert the account to a full seat. I updated Figma this morning but the issue remains. All plugins are triggering this popup when selected.Would appreciate any help to resolve this bug as I’m unable to export variables which is a big issue for development. Clicking Actions and then selecting a plugin The plugin is blocked with this popup and there is no option to just use the plugin 

Hello! I have a black screen issue with the Figma Desktop app, even though the browser version works fine.It has been working on this device pervectly until yesterday. I’m using the latest version of both my OS and the Figma Desktop app. Internet connection is also fine and vpn is turned off.I’ve already tried to restart my computer, reinstall Figma, clear Figma cache. Nothing worrks. What can i do in this situation?  

When I try to duplicate my Figma Make protoype I get a request timeout error at 60s every time - is there anyway to fix this

When I move a design from Figma Design into Figma Make using an attached library and then bring the design back to Figma Design, all the components and tokens I previously used return as raw values, not as system tokens or components. Is there any way for Figma Make to preserve the library tokens and components? Otherwise, when importing the design back into Figma Design, I need to reassign all the components and tokens manually.

Hi Figma team I’m a paying user on a Full-seat account, and I’ve installed the correct Figma Desktop App (version 125.10.8). Still, I do not see any AI / Make / MCP options in my sidebar or menus. I’ve confirmed that I’m not on an Education plan and that my seat type qualifies.Could you please check whether my account or workspace has been enabled for Figma AI / MCP features? I have a task that I’m looking to simplify as much as possible yet I'm struggling to find a solution. We are creating designs of static digital display banners, in lots of different sizes. I then have to present these in a Figma slide deck so that stakeholders can review. We create display banners in several different languages once that master deck has been approved.As the banner designs often require changes, I’d like to link them from a separate design file, so that when we make any changes, we can auto update them in the master deck. I know we can just make them into components and publish as a library etc. However, once we get one deck approved, I then have to do a new version for all the display banners to be done in a different language. So a new design file (for a different language) and a new deck, and I cannot see a way of doing this without basically starting the deck from scratch each time? Hi,Figma asked me to reverify my student plan. So I followed all the steps throughout the process, but the verification was never confirmed. I have now tried multiple times since, the exact same way my classmates did and got it to work, but I am now locked out. I can’t edit team files anymore, which is a big problem currently.Hope you can help me:)

Hey everyone I tried to search for a similar situation like mine, but couldn’t find anything. It seems that the drop shadow is being cut off in the PDF I exported. Like this:  But in the Figma file, the drop shadow is fine. I’ve tried to enclose the whole frame in another larger frame, but it still cuts off like that. Check the file here.

Hi I use a samsung a34 5g, I want to use the figma app, but when I open the app it ask me to login I click login but it says my chrome isn't updated, I checked chrome and figma and it fully updated, I don't know what to do any help please.

This is a similar question that i have mentioned. But as the solution provided by the reply is not helping me. The option not have for ‘custom size’ or ‘desktop sizes’ as you can see in the screenshot. I have changed to option like ‘Fit device on screen’ or ‘zoom device to fill screen’. But no use.Is this because I am using the ‘Free’ version of Figma?
