I lost access to a file I created. Urgent

Hi, I’ve suddenly lost access to a Figma file that I personally created in November (between 11/03 and 11/25 I believe) using my personal account.The file no longer appears in any of my workspaces (Drafts, Teams or Trash), but the direct link still works and asks me to “Request access”. This is a professional client project and I urgently need to recover access due to some modifications asked. I only have two Figma accounts, and the other one (a university email that I no longer have access to) has been inactive for years.This is the first and only time that this has happened to me, and sadly I don’t have a backup file.Could someone from the Figma team please help check which account or workspace owns this file and assist in restoring access or transferring ownership?Thank you. File name: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]File link: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]Approx. creation date: November 2025Email used: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]
