Is there any way to recover it. I know that its a irreversible action, but I read that Figma hold these files for some legal purpose. If its possible to restore these file, then please let me know, it will be a big favor to me.Thanks in Advance. Irfan.

Hi, I usually design in Figma, so I purchased the most basic plan. I was using Figma normally when I suddenly received a notification saying that a payment of €81 had been declined. Apparently, I was being charged for the full package plus an additional seat.I do not agree to pay that amount, especially since I did not use the other services or the additional seat that I was supposedly being charged for.I would like to continue paying for and using Figma, but I am not willing to pay the almost €90 that you are trying to charge me.I am currently paying for the €5 subscription, and I was actually planning to upgrade to the €15 plan for work purposes. However, after seeing this unexpected charge, I find the situation extremely misleading and unacceptable.Being charged almost €90 for services and an additional seat that I did not knowingly use or request feels completely unreasonable. I successfully logged into my school email on Figma today, but on the page applying for a school education plan, after filling in some basic information, the page displayed "Get the free Figma Education plan for your classroom, Please follow the steps below to verify your education status“However, I haven't received the verification email, even though I received emails when verifying a new account login previously.I hope Figma can help me resolve this issue, or perhaps I can send proof of enrollment and use another method to verify my education status. Hi everyone,Our product is moving to PrimeVue 4.0.0, and I'd like a reality check on our design system setup.Current approach: we copy individual components from the PrimeVue Figma Kit into our design system and keep them linked to the PrimeVue library.What I'm proposing instead: duplicate the whole PrimeVue Figma Kit and use it as our own separate design system library.All PrimeVue components stay unchanged. The main customization is our own primitive colors, plus adjusting PrimeVue settings to match our design. We keep PrimeVue variables as they are. Our own variables go into the custom folder in PrimeVue's variables. Our custom components and icons have separate names, agreed with our developer.Updates: when a new PrimeVue Figma file comes out, I'd compare it with ours (with AI help if possible), then move the needed changes manually. If the changes are too big, I'd copy our custom parts into the new file instead.Is this a valid approach in practice? Has anyone worked this way with

 Hi,I’m posting here because I have not received a response from Figma Support for over a month, and my paid Professional team is still locked.I have an annual Professional subscription that was already paid and is valid through January 21, 2027.This issue is related to billing and seat assignment.Previously, I contacted Figma Support regarding an incorrectly added Full seat under Request #1761375. The seat was removed and the related upcoming invoice was voided.However, I later received another past-due charge notice, and my team became locked.I also noticed that although I had paid for one annual Collab seat, my account was showing a monthly Collab seat assignment. Figma Motion is super cool! One thing I'm missing is the ability to share a direct link to the timeline with developers. Currently, I need to explain where to find the timeline button in the sidebar, which isn't always easy to find.Would be great to have this feature! I have just onboarded 6 new team members to our Education account but they continually are requesting edit access to files — files that are IN OUR TEAM.This is SUCH a bad experience for them and is in direct opposition to the entire purpose of having a team and team share settings.Right now your support has told me i can only override file edit status by opening EVERY FOLDER we have and inviting the new team members to edit that folder.  EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE IN THE TEAM!  This is insane.Please fix this.

Hi everyone,We are experiencing an issue with our Figma Professional account. We noticed that only 3 sessions/devices can remain active at the same time.When we log in using a 4th device, one of the previously active sessions is automatically logged out, with the message:“You’ve been logged out. When you logged into this device, you were automatically logged out of some older Figma sessions.”Previously, we did not experience this issue and were able to use multiple devices without one of the existing sessions being logged out.Could you please clarify:Is there currently a limit of 3 active sessions/devices for Figma Professional accounts? Has Figma recently introduced or changed any policy regarding the maximum number of active sessions? I’ve been unable to publish an update to my Figma plugin because I keep seeing this message: “We have detected a change in your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.”I emailed support@figma.com as instructed, but haven’t received any reply—not even a confirmation that my message was received. I have no idea what triggered the restriction, whether anyone is looking into it, or when I’ll be able to publish again.Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm experiencing a major interaction issue in the Figma Desktop app on macOS.My account has full edit access, but all editable controls in the right properties panel are unresponsive.This includes:Input fields cannot be clicked Fields do not receive focus Values cannot be entered or changed Dropdowns and other editable property controls are also unresponsive The issue is not limited to Auto layout, Gap, Padding, or Corner radius — the entire right-side properties panel cannot be edited The canvas and other parts of the interface appear to work normallyI tested the same account and the same Figma file in the web version, and the right properties panel works normally there.So far, the issue only occurs in the Figma Desktop app on macOS.I've attached a screenshot showing a few affected areas, but the issue applies to the entire right-side properties panel.Could you please help investigate whether this is a known Desktop app issue and advise on a fix?Environment:Platform: macOS Figma: Desk

Hey everyone, I am currently working on a responsive dark-themed dashboard mockup for deltaexector and ran into an annoying problem with nested auto-layout frames. When I switch the main frame between desktop and mobile viewport variants, the internal cards refuse to hug contents properly and start clipping off-screen instead of adapting to the new width.Along with that layout glitch, the smart animate transitions between the modal states and navigation buttons feel super laggy and drop frames during the mobile presentation view. I tried detaching some components and resetting the fill and hug constraints, but the layout keeps breaking whenever secondary nested elements update.

I did a research via figma rally uxr on the 9th of September 2026 and was told I'll be paid $75 giftcard, it's the 14th of September 2026 and I'm yet to receive any mail regarding the giftcard.

A few weeks ago Make was amazing. Now I can’t find how to revert anything. What is going on that Figma would take a giant leap back? And I just used a bunch of AI credits trying to figure it out.

I have a great design system doing that switches between light and dark great. What’s the best way to handle drop shadows? 

One member of my team created and shared a skill, which is listed when I enter “Manage skills/Your team”. However, to use that skill, I currently need to export it and then add it locally by selecting the downloaded .MD file. This is not an ideal workflow, as future skill changes would need to be manually updated.Is this a known issue and are there any actions that I could take to make team skills available to all team files from a single source?

During this evaluation, we came across a question regarding developer handoff and the visibility of the actual design tokens being used.General problemWith a variable-based component setup, a visual property in Figma can be resolved through several Variables, Modes, and alias steps.As a result, a property such as a background color is not necessarily linked directly to one fixed design token. Instead, the final value depends on the context and the active Modes.In Dev Mode, Figma can show the bound variable as well as the final resolved color value. However, it is not always immediately clear to developers which specific design token within the alias chain is b
