Hey @Maydha, thanks for reaching out!
Figma Make supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, and SVG images (SVG up to 1MB) as well as PDFs up to 5MB. On Enterprise plans, images can be up to 50MB. You can see everything that’s supported in Attach files to a prompt in the Figma agent and Figma Make.
Here’s what I’d check, in this order.
- Look for Upload files. Click the + button in the prompt box and look for Upload files in the menu. If it isn’t there, your organization’s attachment setting is worth ruling out. When an organization admin turns attachments off, members can’t upload new files and the option is removed. Organization admins can check this under Admin, then Settings, then the AI section, using the Make file attachments toggle. There’s more in Manage attachment access for the Figma agent and Figma Make.
- Check your access to the file. On top of a Full seat, attaching files needs edit access to the Figma Make file. If you can only view it, ask the owner to give you edit access.
- Try one small file. Drag a small PNG or JPEG straight into the prompt box and see if it attaches.
- Check your network settings. Open a Figma Design or FigJam file, use the quick action bar to run Check network settings, and see if anything shows as blocked. If it does, your IT team can review it using the domains in Adjust your network settings. It’s a helpful clue, though not always the cause.
Once you’ve had a look, can you tell me whether ‘Upload files’ shows up when you click the + button?
