Hi, when I am aligning multiple shapes in the frame, after selecting all of them, it seems they are stacked on each other instead of aligned as a group. Am I missing something, or it is some Figma issue? What should I do to align them as a group?  

Hey everyone I'm working with Untitled UI (which has 7,000+ components and uses Figma Variables extensively). I want to create a leaner design system file by copying over only the components I need.The problem:When I copy-paste components to a new file, the variable connections break Variables either don't come over, or only a partial set copies (e.g., 68 out of 400+) Components end up with raw hex values instead of variable referencesWhat I've tried:Copy/paste components → variables don't link "Copy variables into this file" prompt → only copies variables that specific component uses, not the full system Copying variables directly → Figma doesn't support copy/paste for variables Publishing as library → fails around 3,000-4,000 items (file has ~7,000)"Just duplicate the file" doesn't solve it:I know I could duplicate the whole file and delete what I don't need. But here's the issue:Say I duplicate Untitled UI, then delete everything except Buttons, and now I have a small file with work

Hello, I made a good faith effort to cancel all subscriptions associated with my Figma account by following Figma’s online instructions and reviewing all available settings. I was unable to find any active subscription to cancel. Believing billing had been stopped, I then deleted the account.Despite this, I was charged $57.23 CAD several days after the account deletion, during a period when I no longer had access to the service and received no benefit from it. I did not authorize this charge and am requesting a refund

Hello, our company wants to try the Code Connect with Figma files but everyone, except for the Admin of our Figma org, has a disabled “Connect to Github” button. See below:We have tried making people Administrators of teams, giving people full design seats, giving people Dev seats, Edit access of teams, etc and nothing works.Has anyone figured out how to enable the Connect to Github button for any of their users? We’d prefer not having to have the Admin setup Github integration and would like our Devs to set it up.Thanks.

Why Figma Make create his own landing page when I attached a design ans ask him to take exactly my design and just animate the page?

The current email address for this account is suspended. As such, I cannot see any response to it. I want to update the email address in order to renew my subscription. I’ve opened a ticket about this 2 days ago (1688824) and provided a different email address to contact me and have yet to see a response. Please help.

Hi. Can somebody help me, please? I saw other persons with similar situations as mine, but from what I read in other replies I guess I need support’s help to generate me a ticket.I have two Figma accounts: this one where I’m writing from, and another I used for a course I already finished. That account had an educational plan active (I guess it’s not active anymore because of the time that has passed since), and was made with an email address that’s now deleted. However, that account contained files I really need to access in the present time, mainly for reference and portfolio reasons.For that account, I had the Log In through Google option active, so passwords aren’t working for me. I already tried the Reset password option, but the password link messsage is getting sent to the deleted email address, so I can’t access that link either.I don’t wanna share private data here, but where can I share with support that email/account details in order to get further help?

Hello, I was previously successfully verified as a student and granted access to the Education plan. However, recently Figma asked me to verify my student status again. I contacted my educational institution, and they confirmed that my email address and student information were already sent to Figma. They believe the issue may now be on Figma’s side. Hello Figma Support Team, I recently subscribed to Figma Professional and canceled it shortly after. I understand that the subscription will not renew, and I no longer have an active plan. However, I still see a charge of $5.90 on my card, even though the subscription is canceled. Hello,I purchased a 1-year subscription for two users on Figma. Before that, I had been using a monthly subscription. However, after switching to the annual plan, I was unable to cancel the monthly one because the interface is extremely confusing. Honestly, the UX is very poor and unclear.As a result, when the monthly payment failed, my workspace was blocked — even though I already have an active annual subscription. I have paid a large amount for the yearly plan, but I still cannot use Figma.I was afraid to cancel the monthly plan because I worried that it might also cancel my annual subscription, since the billing interface does not clearly explain this. That is why I did not take any action earlier.Now my workspace is blocked, and I cannot work. My important draft has disappeared from everywhere, I can't find it in search, recents, or in the trash. But other files are still there. Also i can’t create a support ticket to get help, but I see threads on the forum where people with the same problem are helped through support with real peoplePlease, help me to recover this file

I found many topics related to my question, but without answers and closed due to inactivity, so my hopes are really low, but give it a shot anyway. Whenever I create a Layout Grid (columns) it will be visible, and work fine toggling the visibility with L Shift + G. but for some reason, eventually the grids will just not show… the toggle is still happening (the eye icon beside the layout grid toggle open and closed) but the grid is not visible anymore, and the only way to make it work again is to delete the grid, and create the grid again… which is a bit annoying. Has anyone encounter this similar problem and had a solution? is this a bug that is beign addressed? I will appreciate any type of answer, considering that most of the similar topics where closed without a single response. Thank you! 😅

FigMake for my education plan account is not working and saying I don’t have access, how do I fix this?

My current Figma account is under my school’s email. I was able to access it the week prior, however I couldn't anymore after re-logging in. 

Hi,is this possible?User clicks on object (e.g., a rectangle) in prototype mode This triggers a function call in my pluginCurrently, I can associate various actions with an object, e.g.,  “navigate to”, “set variable”, “open URL”, but I couldn’t use it to trigger a function in the plugin.I tried observing variables, but variable changes triggered in prototype mode don’t seem to reflect in the plugin.Maybe there is a deep link into the plugin that I can trigger with “open URL”?Any suggestions welcome. When downgrading from Organization to Professional, I’ve understood that open branches will no longer be accessible from below post’s answer. What will happen to archived branches? We do not need to edit it, but would it be possible to access them after being downgraded to Professional?

Hi. Something has gone with my Figma design, as suddenly the elements appear to just be locked in place. When I select them, it is fine. But when I attempt to drag or resize them it does not work. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I am a college student in South Korea and bought a professional plan around November last year. However, I only used it for a short period of a month and canceled the regular payment. However, I keep getting payment requests from Figma. I didn't pay because I didn't have money in my bank account, but I keep getting emails saying that the payment failed. I've already upgraded to the free version and the invoice seems to keep coming. Please solve the problem and reply to the message at e-mail.

When opening Figma today I noticed 375 mobile frame has been archived, a long with various other sizing. Out of curiosity when did this happen and why? I thought 375 was still a very relevant size to design towards as well as larger screens up to 440.

When using Figma Make, we have been unable to sync to the GitHub repository since last night. Attempting to clone a project also fails to sync, which is seriously hindering our development progress. Hi Figma Support team,I was recently charged for an additional editor due to an unintended misunderstanding of how team billing works.A collaborator accessed a file in a team project and was automatically counted as an editor. This resulted in an extra editor seat being added and an unexpected increase in my monthly charge.As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately removed the collaborator from the team and moved all files back to Drafts to prevent further charges.This was a short-term, non-commercial team project, and the collaborator did not actively use editor features.I would really appreciate it if you could review this case and let me know if a one-time courtesy refund is possible.Thank you for your time and understanding.

I have a full seat through my organization but suddenly started receiving a “WebAssembly.Instantiate(): expected magic word 00 61 73 6d, found 00 20 0a 42 @+0” error when trying to launch any Figma module. I was working in Figma Make extensively for a project until an hour ago and am completely stuck now and unclear what is happening. Please help.
