Cant verify my student account

I have been trying for days and most of the times it just told me to wait yet I never received the email with the results. I kept getting the message I had to verify before April 1st and my project is throughout the semester. Yesterday I my editing access was removed, my professor tried to add me and since my uni is using figma education,  im not able to join with a personal account so I cant contribute or even work at all in my final project. I contacted the support of sheer id and they said they cant explain but it was unable to be verify this time. Now if I try to verify it shows me “Error” or that I have tried too many times.

Hello! I did contact them however I received the same generic response I have gotten every single time. It is quite frustrating I cannot get actual help and I have no way of working or trying to verify again. IS there any way I can get actual help? I really need the access to work on my project which is due super soon.

Hey ​@Celyn_L its been almost 15 days, yet I cannot get help. I need to work on my projects and I get the same generic answer. Is there a way I can get actual help? It doesnt let me verify

Verification limit exceeded errors are typically handled by the SheerID support team, but I understand that you haven’t been able to get the help you need there.

Have you already tried contacting figmasupport@sheerid.com? They’re best equipped to review and reset verification attempts on their end.
