Hi everyone,My toolbar in Figma suddenly disappeared, and I can’t seem to bring it back. I’ve already checked other posts mentioning this might be a bug, but I haven’t found a working solution yet.Also, copy & paste functions (Ctrl/Cmd + C / V) are not working for me either.Has anyone faced this issue recently or found a fix? Any help would be really appreciated!Thanks in advance.

Hello Figma Support Team,I am writing to urgently follow up on my ticket #1554004 (submitted on October 17).I subscribed to the Annual Organization plan around September 28, 2025. After using it for nearly a month, I've discovered a critical issue: all users in this plan are restricted to "Guest" status with "limited access." This makes it impossible for us to manage permissions effectively or migrate our projects, which has severely blocked my team's workflow.The core problem is that I was misled during the purchase process. I upgraded directly from an existing project within the Figma app. On that upgrade page, the only option presented to me was the "Organization" plan.I only discovered later that the "Professional" plan (which is what I actually needed) is only available for purchase through the main "Pricing" page, not through the direct in-app upgrade flow. I’ve worked today with Figma and everything were fine, but in one moment it stopped loading main page, and gave me ability to only view my file, after restarting it doesn’t loading at all. Any versions, same with desk or web. 

Since about an hour ago, the mirroring connection between the pygma laptop and the phone has suddenly been disconnected, and the file of pygma has not been opened.Therefore, we are currently unable to work on it.

need to use figma for class cant get in my clssmates were having the same issue for like a good 10 minutes as well getting a white face not being able to get in at all. they have gotten back in. I havent gotten in accept once at the start of class. im still kicked out unable to use the program however the website tracker has said there has been no reports of the site being down this entire time 

Whether it is present or preview, nothing is building at the moment under prototype. Only design loads. Anyone else having the same issue? Thanks

My team is experience bigger load than normal even on smaller files, is the any way to debug this?

Hey there!So my institute (https://iec.org.pk/) which offers bootcamps added me as an instructor but I kept seeing a warning, I thought it was a glitch in Figma as I had the access to the files even after the count down ended. But yesterday, I lost woke up to see that I have lost access to all my files. It is a blocker since I do sessions with my class in Figma. Let me know what can be done to fix this as soon as possible.

Since a few months I have a bug where I cannot correctly paste components, items, anything into some components (in a set). This is quite frustrating and makes my workflow so much harder then necessary. Dear Figma, I am getting a message that my verification limit has exceeded for my education plan. I have contacted ShareID to resolve the issue asap, but I am still waiting for a response. I have an ongoing important project for my internship, and my education plan has already expired. This is very urgent, and I am wondering if I can get my education plan extended until the issue is resolved by ShareID 

I’m having a bit of trouble with the ‘Manage libraries’ modal since I updated to Tahoe on Mac, and the latest Figma update. What used to happen: On the ‘Manage libraries’ modal there’s a list of components that can be updated. You would click on one of the rows and the modal content would change to ‘Review updates’ for that component. The back button would change the modal content back to ‘Manage libraries’.What happens now: When you click on one of the rows on the ‘Manage libraries’ modal, the ‘Review updates’ opens in a modal behind it. This seems like a bug as it is hidden by the ‘Manage libraries’ modal which stays open. If you click a different component to update, another ‘Review updates’ modal opens. The result is multiple ‘Manage libraries’ and ‘Review updates’ windows, it feels like a bit of a mess. Anyone else have this issue?

Now, I’m diving into Figma Sites, and it feels like a perfect fit — no more handing off designs to a developer for Webflow! But I’m a bit confused about the Professional plan tiers ($3–$16/mo). The help article Manage a custom domain for your site states: "Available on all paid plans" and "Professional plans can connect up to 10 custom domains." However, the pricing page suggests Figma Sites is only included with the Full seat ($16/mo), not Collab ($3/mo) or Dev ($12/mo).I reached out to support a week ago about this but haven’t heard back yet. So, I’m turning to you all: has anyone tried this already?Specifically, I’d love to know:Can I set up a custom domain (apex or subdomain) for Figma Sites on the Collab seat ($3/mo) or Dev seat ($12/mo) in the Professional plan? Or is this exclusive to the Full seat ($16/mo) ? The article mentions a limit of 10 custom dom

Hi, Just for background purposes, I mainly use Figma Slides as a replacement for PPT. I’m building a presentation that has around 96 slides. Past slide 84 the vertical scrolling function doesn’t work. And by the scrolling function it’s in relation to me zooming into the slide and scrolling around. Sometimes I need to zoom in on some information. I can still scroll horizontally but not vertically on any slide past 84.I’ve tired testing by adding a new slide after 84 and it still runs into the same issue. I’ve also deleted a lower numbered slide and the previous slide 85’s scrolling function works for both vertical and horizontal. I’ve then added in a new slide before the previous slide 85 and it loses it’s scrolling function again.Is this a bug or is there a limit for the slide count?

In a library file our team set up collections of variables and created two modes, one for Desktop and one for Mobile. We then decided that we wanted Mobile to be the default mode. As a workaround to make Mobile the default mode, we renamed the modes, swapping their names (so, Desktop → Mobile, and Mobile → Desktop). We then swapped all the variable values so they were under the correct mode.The problem is that now any pages or frames that were set to a specific variable mode before we renamed and swapped the modes still show the old naming even though they now have the correct styles based on what is supposed to be the default mode (Mobile). So, if I chose Mobile for the variable mode for a page or frame before the swap, it now reads Desktop when the styles are correct for Mobile. Also, new pages or frames created do not have this issue, so I can have two frames right next to each other, one that says “Auto (Mobile)” and one that says “Auto (Desktop)” and they both look correct.This sa

I noticed that Figma became slow after updating my M3 MB Air to Tahoe. It’s very laggy and noticeable when screen sharing during a Google Meet call.

I’ve noticed a thumbnail issue that occurs depending on the background color of the thumbnail and whether you use Light Mode or Dark Mode.The border radius on the Thumbnail looks jagged if you have a light color thumbnail bg in Dark Mode or a dark color thumbnail in Light Mode. (zoom in on the image attached)Looking into it through the web browser I found the reason to be that the border color is a solid color.One simple fix to solve the issue would be to make the border color on Thumbnail containers a low opacity color.In the attached image I changed the border colors to be 20% opacity black and white depending on Light/Dark Mode and you can see the jagged issue is gone and the border radii are smooth.Is this a big problem? No, of course not. But it would be an easy fix.Thank you Figma!
