Can we animate gradient using keyframes in motion?

This is something I want to achieve where circle changes the gradient as timeline moves forward.I'm able to do it for solid colors but not the gradients.Can you please help?

Same issue here. Trying to animate a gradient across a frame for a skeleton loader and it wont let me do so. (Tried using position keyframes with a nested frame that has a gradientbut since you cant do percentages and only absolute positions it breaks when resizing the width of the frame).
