I have these 2 numeric variables, and I want to assign them to only variant things. Howwver I cannot find it in this “Variable Scope” dialog.I tried select all except the first one, the 2 variables don’t show up. But when I select the “Show in all supported properties” they showed up in the picker. The problem is: I DON’T WANT them to show in any other cases when any of my colleagues open pickers other than the one to apply variants.Is there any hidden checkbox to do this? Or did you miss bringing it out and put in this “Scope” dialog?

Previously, two people used to pay annually. When I tried to add 3 people, I could pay even though it was an annual payment renewal for 2 people. Is there a way to pay for 3 people annually based on this month?

Hello, Good afternoon!))After buying a new computer, I can't log in to my Figma account. I have a login and password, but Figma requests an authentication code. However, I no longer have access to that email, and I can't log in. Is it possible to change my email to a valid one?

 I am facing glitchs in my Figma source file and prototype related to tab, button, values behavior.In a screen that uses tabs to switch content, the selected tab state and displayed content become inconsistent. While interacting with tabs, the UI does not correctly reflect the active tab, and in some cases, content from another tab appears or overlaps. This issue occurs both: In the Figma design file In Prototype / Present mode The behavior appears to be system-driven and not caused by incorrect constraints or interactions. Looking for a solution to resolve this issue.Figma team, kindly provide guidance or a resolution, as this appears to be a platform-level glitch.

But, it now return 404 when user have no access to the files.Returning 404 means developer can not distinguish from the url is incorrect (may be the node is deleted by designers) between the user have no access to the file.I hope you can fix this soon.

Hi, I’ve tried to log in with my usual gmail login, however, it seems to have created me a new account and i don’t have access to any of my project. from my partners screen i think its:team: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]uid: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information][redacted by moderator to remove personal information] Looking back at my subscription, it seems that the “log in with google button” used to log me in with [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] and is now using gmail.com. What do you suggest?

I used to be able to use cmd + B and type in bold until I use cmd + B again to toggle it off. Now when I uses cmd + B, it only takes affect for one letter and then I have to use cmd + B again.

I get charged £42 a month for a product I no longer use and can’t cancel as I don’t have access to the email anymore - this is really frustrating - can you help ASAP please

I wanted to see mostly the pages panel so I dragged the layers panel as far down as possible. When I was done I tried to increase the height of the layers panel, but I couldn’t drag it at all. I moved the cursor very, very slowly to achieve this, but it didn’t work. I also tried to quit and reopen, make the window larger, and moved it to another screen, but nothing worked. I would consider this a critical usability error because I cannot recover from this state. 

Hey,Because Google Single Sign-On manages my credentials, I can’t change this directly within Figma settings. I don’t have access anymore to my Google account so I can’t work on this without Figma support. I would like to change my email on Figma because it’s not safe anymore. Thank you.

My Google Account Mail changed due to a name change. Now I dont have access to my own files.And I cant login to my old google account because in google that account isnt active anymore

Hi there,I need some help with my account. I previously had a paid Figma subscription, and later received a student plan through my studies. Everything worked normally, including access to Figma Make tokens and image credits. However, after canceling my paid subscription, all my student benefits disappeared — including Make tokens and the image generation credits (Nano Banana / Gemini integration). It seems like my account lost the student status even though I’m still an active student and eligible for the education plan. Could you please help me restore my student status and the benefits associated with the Figma Education plan? Thank you!

My college doesn't issue student email IDs. I want to go through manual verification, I have college documents to voucher for my student status. I have contacted SheerID but they can't provide solution.

Hi,Many of my students from ROC Nijmegen, Mediadesign are not getting approval for their Figma Education (student) accounts.As a teacher, my own Education account was approved without any issues.
