Need pre‑payment invoice for Organization plan

Hello Community,

We’re looking to upgrade to the Organization plan and would like to purchase 9 Full seats and 4 Developer seats.

Our challenge is that, on the Starter plan, there doesn’t appear to be an in‑product way to download a PDF invoice / quote / proformabefore completing the Organization upgrade flow. We understand invoices are only available after purchase under Admin → Billing → Invoices.

However, our internal procurement process requires a pre‑payment invoice (or equivalent document) before we can proceed with payment.

Has anyone successfully handled this scenario?

  • Were you able to obtain a pre‑payment invoice or quote from Figma?
  • If so, what worked for you?
  • What company details are typically required to appear on the PDF?

Any guidance from Community Support specialists or other users who’ve navigated this would be greatly appreciated.
