I uploaded a screenshot of my receipt/payment that included my name, my school’s name, the date, and the enrollment quarter, but it was denied. I did cover certain areas containing personal information, but all of the requested and relevant information is still visible. Is there any way to request a person look at it? Excited to get more experience with Figma!

Since student verification is handled by our partner SheerID, they’re the best team to take a closer look at your case. I’d recommend reaching out to them at figmasupport@sheerid.com.
When you contact them, it helps to include your screenshots along with a short timeline of what you’ve already submitted and the responses you’ve received so far.
I know it’s not ideal, but Figma isn’t able to manually verify eligibility or override their decisions. That said, we definitely want to make sure you’re able to get the support you need, and SheerID should be able to look into this further for you.
