Why is my website sometimes slow to load or not opening properly?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been noticing something weird with my site lately and can’t really figure out what’s causing it. Sometimes it loads fine, but other times it’s either really slow or just doesn’t open on the first try. After refreshing, it usually works, but it’s inconsistent.

This is the site:
https://thetallycounter.com/

I’m not sure if it’s related to hosting, browser caching, or something in my code. I didn’t change much recently, so it’s a bit confusing. Has anyone experienced this kind of issue before? What would you usually check first in this situation?

Thanks in advance 🙏

Hi @Robert Charlie , Celine from the Figma Community here. Thanks for flagging this, and I’m sorry you’re running into issues with your site loading properly!

Thank you for sharing these details, this sounds unusual, I’d like our support team to investigate it further your case. I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket on your behalf so our Technical Quality team can take a closer look. For reference, your case number is #1825448 sent to your email address roxxx90@gxxxl.xxm.

When you have a moment, please check your inbox and feel free to add any additional details there (for example, when this happens, which files or pages are impacted, or any screenshots). This will help the team investigate more effectively.

Thanks again for raising this, we’ll take it from here.
