Hello,I am facing a critical billing issue. I already submitted a support inquiry via email, but I received absolutely no response. Since your team is completely ignoring my email, I am posting here out of sheer frustration and need a support manager to contact me via Private Message (DM) to resolve this immediately.Summary of the issue:1. I subscribed to the Collab Seat ($5/month), and the $5 payment was successfully charged. I canceled the subscription immediately after that.2. Even after cancellation, your system continuously attempted to charge me $16.50 USD. 3. Because of these strange charges, I initially deleted my account. 4. In my design system there are specific screens that repeat itself many times. This screen is a complex screen. On the screen i have a table view and when i press on the table rows it opens a side drawer with more information. I created components and nested components for the table rows, the tables, the side drawer (as a boolean) and after i set up all the smaller components i decided to create 1 big component. Because i was using this specific screen many times. Now i made small updates to some small components that are nested inside the big component. I updated the library but the changes didn’t update...And even more frustrating: all instances of the big component set back to its default. Meaning, i have to go and start updating all the instances now for all the different states that i accounted for inside of the smaller nested components…. Please help me out here…!!!

Hello, I have a complete set of high-fidelity APP prototype designs on Figma. Now I need to export them into a Flutter project to run the interfaces, and then integrate business APIs based on this Flutter project. Is this feasible? How can I generate Flutter code and what specific steps do I need to follow?

It seems like like if you cut (cmd-X) an element inside a slot inside an instance, and then undo it, it gets in this broken state where it doesn't bring back the element. The sidebar also odd too with a broken Position and Layout elements. Please see video attached. Steps Create a component with a nested slot inside Make an instance, and add some elements inside Cut one or several elements with Cmd-X Undo with Cmd-Z The item(s) don’t show up, and the sidebar enters a bugged state (0:22 in the video)Expected behavior: the elements should restore properly, just like outside of a slot.

When hiding an object inside an Instance of a Component with Slots, the object is also hidden in the Component itself and thus in other Instance.In this case: if I hide the blue info block in the Instance in one modal, it also hides in another modal and in the modal content componentChanges to an Instance should not influence its Component.   

We have an issue in our project files sometimes the components appear misplaced and we need to manually click click on them until they are reset to go back to their correct state, see screenshots below. How can we resolve this?

Hello, my account is blocked because my renewal invoice was generated in April, and I've been trying to change the number of licenses to renew, but the option isn't available on the website. What can I do? I've already submitted support tickets, but they're not responding.

Reproduction: Created a dropdown component defined slot areas for dropdown menu ‘the rows’ created a seperate singular component and named it ‘_row’ (so it wouldn’t get published) defined ‘_row’ as the preferred value forr the slot area but when dropdown component published, and pulled into another figma file ‘_row’ doesn’t show up as it’s not a published component. Opinion, if a unpublished component have been defined as a preferred value, it should be available to be picked. I basically do not want to expose a building block to the other designers because it’s never going to be used anywhere else apart from the dropdown window.  How it looks when called from another file.

Hi everyone, I ran out of AI credits in Figma while working on my website and now I can’t continue using the AI features. Is there any way to keep editing the project without them, or switch back to normal editing mode? Also, do credits reset or can they be topped up somehow? Thanks!

Hello,I'm experiencing a rendering issue with screenshots in Figma that appeared recently without any changes to my settings.Problem: When I place screenshots in my Figma file, they display with unwanted colored boxes overlaid on them in the editor view. Just fix slots! The slot feature doesn’t behave properly when switching variants: around 90–100% of the content from the other variant simply disappears.

Seems that with Figma’s MCP integration with Claude (via VSCode Chat) It is struggling to replace contents dynamically. is this a known limitation given the newness of slots? Actually, I'm realizing the real constraint in Figma's component model depends on whether the component uses defined component properties or slot-based children. For slot components, I need to navigate the instance tree correctly to modify the slot frame's children, but the approach differs based on how the component is structured.Looking at how the DetailsPage component is set up, it has named frames like "Heading", "Content", and "Aside" that act as slots, each with default content that gets replaced when properties are passed in. Hi,I've been looking into this for a while now, and I haven't seen this issue reported anywhere.Since 3-4 days, when I have a component with nested components inside, if I ever try to create variants of this main components, it resets the inner components interaction.Example : Simple component, the interactions on the nested components works as intended. If I add a variant property to this component, whatever it is, the inner components interactions gets reset, and try to access its main component??I never had this problem before but since it started it occurs on all of my projects…The “reset component state” box is unchecked.I do have Figma’

Hi, I’m having an issue with one of my Figma Make prototypes; “DL Prototype (BA Copy)”. When I try and restore any previous version (using the Version history dropdown, as shown in the message above), Make says it can’t fetch it. We’ve also tried prompting Make to undo changes and revert to an earlier version with no success. There is no preview and it appears as though all / key files have been deleted somehow.

Just thought I’d share for posterity as this almost drove me insane! I’d set up basic light / dark color modes and variables, which worked almost everywhere except for a few frames. It turns out i’d copied some assets from another project, and the appearance tab had exposed the variable modes for them, rather than the ones in the current file. The solution was to go the longer way through [blue] to the variable mode.

Hi, I want to duplicate a file but doing so doesn’t duplicate version history. A newly duplicated file has no history at all. Is there any way to export version history or make it duplicate as well along with the file?If Figma doesn’t provide such a functionality is there any plugin you can recommend? I have a quite big files with around 500 versions and “Figma Comments & Version History Exporter” plugin seems to support only small files (around 200 versions looks to be the limit). Cheers

Subject: Refund Request - Accidental extra seats added to invoice Hi Figma Support Team, I intended to purchase only 1 Dev seat for my team. However, when the invoice was generated, extra accidental seats were added, making the invoice amount much higher than expected. I have already gone into my Admin settings and downgraded all those accidental extra users back to free "Viewer" seats, leaving only the 1 intended Dev seat active. I have also changed our team settings to manual seat approval. Since this was an accidental system upgrade and the extra seats were not intended, could you please issue a refund/credit for the extra charges and adjust my billing to reflect only the 1 Dev seat?Thank you.
