I don't understand why my  account was suspended. I was only using Figma Make and then I was logged out. Please restore it and give me a reason.

I'm not sure if I'm part of an A/B test or something like that, but my menu keeps updating every day and key options like Auto Layout keep disappearing.I'd like to go back to the regular version, because I can't work normally with these changes constantly appearing and disappearing.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

One of my Figma Make files has overlapping text in the prompting panel (Desktop App / macOS) that I can’t read. Even a copy of the file has the same garbled text.

Quick question about the layout grid. So say I have 3 objects, I turn Auto layout on and select Grid and then set the Grid to 3x1. I go into my Grid settings and set each grid item to hug and the rows to Hug. Everything is super.Grid of 3x1But then...I think you know what? I want a 1x3 Grid! So I change it and it works great, yay!1x3 Grid!Then I’m like: “omg that is lame, I need to return to 3x1!” So I go back into the Grid property and I try to change back to 3x1 and when I try, Figma is not cooperative. Figma says nope, and sometimes it reverts to 3x3 or 3x2. And the items stay in the left column. 

Hi figma! Huge problem with figma make in all projectes in “figma sites”Every promt i do in every projected just crashes out and it’s like nothing happened.So you see figma make coding and right at the moment it has to show something in the preview (still in the figma make screen) it’s back to zero ..  Deleted cash, tried different browsers , desktop app, in every project! Please help!  

Hello,I’m having trouble with verification with my education account. I created it with my schools edu email account and had it verified on September 10th, 2025, but it is now asking me to verify again and it is giving me the “Verification Limit Exceeded” error. I contacted SheerID and they said it was verified on their side and that I need to reach out to education@figma.com, and I did but have not gotten a response or even confirmation that they got my email. This is my verification ID: 68c19e683fe7df61e1361c08. I’d appreciate any help with this issue!

I recently noticed a charge on my account in the amount of $150.87 for a plan that I did not subscribe to or authorize on Figma. I would like to request that you review this charge, as well as issue a refund for the amount charged incorrectly. I also kindly ask that this plan be cancelled immediately, since I did not choose or approve this subscription.

 The image above shows the current menu.I’m currently using Figma Make, but the menu at the bottom isn’t showing up — it’s missing, like in the image above.What should I do, or what should I click to bring it back? 

I have been encountering an issue with Ctrl + Right click to see the layers. it works in browser and not works in the Figma App. 

I am a freelance/remote designer and have a seat on a corporate Figma workgroup of around 8 people (marketing and developers). I create design/create components and marketing will create pages and mark for development. Our primary fonts are "Inter Tight" and "Nunito Sans". Both are Google fonts and should be supported by Figma? I am having trouble with the "Inter Tight" font. When someone on the team pulls components in and edits the content the font changes to "Inter" and messes up the formatting. I have created and uploaded text styles for all to use. Can someone explain what is going on here and walk me through steps to lock down these fonts for the group (if that's possible?). Please see attached screenshots.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, as I'm not sure who to contact directly about a billing issue.I run an agency and due to cashflow reasons, I need to switch from my yearly subscription to a monthly plan. However, I can't seem to find a way to make that switch within Figma itself. On top of that, my latest invoice just charged me 192 EUR for the yearly subscription which I'd like to request a refund for. Could anyone point me to the right support channel to get this sorted? I'd really appreciate the help!Thank you!

In previous versions, when I opened an image through the "Fill" block, I could just paste the image from the clipboard. Now, when you try to insert an image, nothing happens. Now, to insert images, you must click "Upload from Computer", close the system dialog box with the image selection, and only then press CMD+V.  

I’m missing Figma Sans VF, Mono VF and Whyte. How do I install those?I’m new to figma slides. Just exploring the “How to use Figma Slides” template produced by Figma and I’m trying to follow along. I get to the text editing portion and I can’t edit any of the type. It says I need to swap typefaces. I can’t edit text unless I swap fonts because I’m missing the used fonts. If I change the font, I can edit. I’d like to correct this issue and have figma’s default fonts installed, however, I can’t seem to locate them or any mention of them on the Figma help, learn, or community support sites. version 126.1.2Search has been broken all week. Can not search within asset panel of local libraries, linked libraries, or in component variants in the inspector panel. It started with our icon library, and now has affected all components. My entire team is experiencing this issue.

The interface changed this morning, and there used to be a navigation on the top and you can click through different pages of the website in design mode, and preview/make changes. It now disappeared! Help please, how do I preview different pages now?

I want to be billed for only 1 seat but the invoice shows more seats. I have  already removed other users but is still being billed for multiple seats. I am seeking clarification and resolution to only pay for 1 seat. I want to update my existing invoice to just 1 seat not 2. 

I’m trying to map a Figma Site to the subdomain cook.tastemade.com. The DNS records are properly configured, but I get the below Error 1000 when trying to access the site. The custom domain status says “Awaiting certificates” in Figma even though it has been several days. 

I am a Education Plan user. I am unable to find the "Export for Make" button in the publish popup, and this happened in my edu team.According to your doc, the button should be located there.Could you please let me know why it's missing? 

Hello,I’m trying to  build a repsonsive barchart with bars and a XY axis labels like this: To make the bars overlap the graph labels and dotted lines I have the bars as a fixed position.What I cant do is make this responsive. When stretched the fixed postion bars do not respond to the new width. So it looks like this: Fixed bar positionIs there a way to have the Y value of the bars fixed but have the width fill?

I developed a plugin for Figma and want to publish it, but when I try to publish, I get an error saying, “We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to publish this plugin.”when I emailed the provided address (support@figma.com), Just receiving an automatic reply cannot solve my problemPlease resolve this issue and help me remove this error.

I want to delete only the “IU ORANGE” but somehow I can’t right click, does anyone has any advice? 

Hi! I'm doing some Figma illustrations and need to print them so I'm transferring them over to Illustrator. Is there a way to export the new "texture" feature as vector? I've tried: flattening, outlining the stroke, exporting as SVG/PDF, but nothing's working. Hope someone can help (and apologies if this has already been asked and I missed it) 🙏🏻

I have a paid up Pro Dev seat and when exploring the MCP server after six or so calls I am now blocked, it just responds with ..  Error: You've reached the Figma MCP tool call limit for your seat type or plan. You can upgrade for more tool calls. Re-authenticated, same response.Subscription was taken out several weeks back, first time using the MCP service since then. whoami shows expected information

I have attempted to verify my status through SheerID nearly 10 times with my official Enrollment Confirmation (CoE) and student ID, but unfortunately, the automated system was unable to process them. After reaching out to SheerID support, I was informed that they are unable to provide further manual assistance, and my account now shows 'Verification Limit Exceeded.' Since I have all the valid documentation for the 2026 academic year, would it be possible for your internal team to conduct a manual review?
