help

A human-verification step is required every time an image is exported.

Hey @mcre, thanks for reaching out!

Did this start after a stretch of exporting lots of images in one day, or did it begin out of the blue?

That human-verification (CAPTCHA) check is a security measure on exports. It appears once you pass a daily export limit, and it’s there to prevent misuse and automated activity. So this is expected behavior rather than a bug.

There isn’t a setting to turn it off. Once it’s showing, it can appear on later exports too. It typically eases off after a break from exporting.

If it feels like it’s happening in error, you can please submit a request through our Support hub, so that our Customer Support team can take a closer look.

Let me know how it goes!

Hello, this issue emerged suddenly a couple of days ago. Because my job sometimes requires batch exporting of files, and each time there is this verification window. Whenever I find the file, this window still pops up when I export the file for my next day's work. And even if I switch networks and close all the proxies, it still doesn't work.

Hey @mcre, thanks for the extra detail, that really helps!

Switching networks or turning off proxies usually won’t change this.

Since it’s still showing up the next day, I’d like our Customer Support team to take a closer look at your account. Could you submit a request through our Support hub? Please include roughly when it started, about how many exports you do in a day, whether you’re exporting from the browser or the desktop app, and whether you ever see a “too many recent attempts” message when opening files. That’ll help them work out what’s triggering it.
