Need help with an unexpected annual charge and removing my personal card

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone from Figma Support or the community can help me with a billing issue.

My company originally purchased a Figma subscription through a third-party reseller under a company contract.

During the usage period, I had an additional payment requirement that wasn't covered by the original arrangement, so I added my personal bank card to the Figma account to pay for one month.

After that, I stopped using the service and informed the reseller that I did not want to continue the subscription.

However, my personal card remained saved in the account, and I was recently charged for another full year automatically.

To clarify, I can still log in to my Figma account, but I no longer have access to the company email address originally used to register the account.

I've already contacted Figma Support and opened a ticket (#2248983). I've explained the situation and provided my personal email address.

I'd really appreciate some help with the following:

  1. Is it possible to review and refund this unexpected annual renewal charge?

  2. How can I remove my personal bank card from the account? I haven't been able to find an option to remove it myself.

  3. Can the Billing team contact me through my personal email instead of the inactive company email?

I understand that Figma has its own billing and refund policies, but I hope my situation can be reviewed as an exceptional case.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!
