Description of changes from library not showing on design files.

Hi ​@Jackie_T, thanks for flagging this again! 

I believe I just asked you some clarifying questions in the other forum topic here. Just to clarify the issue again:

1. When making changes, are you not seeing the area to add an Optional description of changes?
2. When accepting changes, are you not seeing the Optional description of changes?
3. Or are you expecting to always see the description of recent changes? 

As I mentioned under the other topic, right now, the description of changes is only shown once when approving changes. Please let me know what you’re seeing and/or expecting on your end, so we can continue troubleshooting together, as needed.

Thanks for getting back so soon to me. My answers follow below:

1. When making changes, we do see the area to add an Optional description of changes. And we are able to add the content there and publish. The description shows as expected also on the Version History. This part in the feature is fine.
2. When accepting changes in a design file using the library, the Optional description of changes doesn’t appear at all. Not even once.
3. I would expect to see the description of recent changes once I take on the changes. It used to appear as a kind of list, first the description, then below, there would be listed all the components/styles/variables that were changed in the last “publish”.

In this case, this definitely doesn’t seem like the feature is working as expected. I’ll flag this to our team to investigate.
