I am an account administrator and have subscribed to the professional version of the content. The payment method is credit card. Today, it was discovered that the monthly bill generated on November 13, 2025 was duplicated twice.The main issue is that I paid twice with my credit card on the same monthly bill, resulting in the fees being withheld twice. May I ask how to apply for a refund of overpaid fees? Once the prepayment is directly deducted from the bound credit card. Another time was when I clicked on payment on the generated monthly bill.

I have a button as shown below, it contains an icon on the left hand side configured as a nested component. The size of the icon in the button component below is 20x20px. The size of the icon itself (as an individual component) is 24x24px. My icons are made up of a bunch of strokes, and all icons as their individual component have their stroke width at 1.5px, in the button component it is 1.25px (as scaling from 24x24px to 20x20px scales 1.5 to 1.25). When I change the nested component instance to another icon, the new icon should remain at 1.25px, however the new icon is at 1.5px. I’ve tried changing all of my icon’s constraints to scale but that didn’t seem to do anything. TLDR: I want my nested components to resize but also scale accordingly as I change the nested component instance. Right now it’s only resizing them. Been stuck on this for quite some time, and I’m not sure if this is a bug or if I’m doing anything wrong. Would love some help.

I have lost files from my Figma account. I looked at the drafts > deleted tab and its not there. I also filter searched all projects made by (me) and no luck finding it. I have a link the prototype because I had it linked to my old portfolio and it says that Prototype not found. Either this file doesn’t exist or you don’t have permission to view it. Ask the file owner to verify the link and/or update permissions. This project was definetly used through this email so im confused. I dont know if any other files got lost, but this is a case study for my portflio and a really important project to me so I hope you can help me recover it.

Hello Team,I am currently working on a project where we need to setup SCIM for just auto provisioning and deprovisioning of users and we do not want automatic management of seats. We have organizational plan with Figma and I believe we can setup just auto provisioning and deprovisioning of users with this plan.Below is my query regarding the same.There are existing users in Figma and when we configure SCIM for auto provisioning of the users then will these existing users get duplicated or re-created using SCIM and syncing with IdP? What will be the behavior of SCIM with existing users? Will it cause any kind of issues with existing users like loosing their access, loosing project data etc.?Prompt response will be appreciated. Thanks & Regards,Ashish

When a team is working on a large design project in Figma with many people editing files at the same time, how do you organize versions and separate work so everyone can contribute without breaking each other’s work?

I need help understanding a billing issue on my account. On October 15, 2025, I paid $5.90 for my plan, which included:  0 Full seats 0 Dev seats 1 Collaborator seat  Everything was working fine until today. When I logged in on November 15, 2025, my account suddenly shows an overdue invoice for $41.30, and the breakdown looks incorrect and confusing.  What the invoice shows now The invoice states:  Prorated Professional Full Seat (Monthly): $20 Prorated Collab Seat: –$5 Renewing Monthly Seats (Nov 15 – Dec 15):   1 Full seat → $20 0 Dev seat → $0 0 Collab seat → $0 One-time charges & credits: $15 Taxes (18%): $6.30  Total due: $41.30  The issue I never upgraded to a Full seat, and I never assigned any Full seat.My plan always had only 1 collaborator seat, and the previous month’s payment of $5.90 reflects that perfectly. Now the invoice is showing:  A Full seat added on its own Prorated Full seat charges Renewal charges for a Full seat Extra one-time

I'm honestly shocked by how poor SheerID’s support has been. I’ve spent months trying to re-verify my student plan and I keep running into all kinds of obstacles. They told me they would do a manual verification, but then they stopped replying.At this point, I don’t know what else to do. I’m even starting to consider switching to another platform. Has this happened to anyone else?

 I tried to give my website an own url on Figma Make but for some reason I don’t have that option edit: ok i know now that that’s not an option while having the education plan

I’m struggling to get vertical overflow working in Figma Sites. All the layers are within the page and auto-layout is applied. When I click on Clip Content I can clearly see which layers are within the page. Within the Interaction tab page overflow is set to vertical.Please help!

Hi everyone,So I have an assignment due till 12pm. However, when I try and access my designs on figma, I just get a grey screen.I tried clearing all browser data on safari (that didn‘t work), I then tried if I would see anything on the App (that didn‘t work), I then deleted the app, restarted the ipad and re-downloaded the figma app - no success. I then installed Firefox - that didn‘t work. I then tried it via chrome (also tried clearing the cache there - neither worked). Nothing worked. None of my own designs nor those shared with me work. I ran out of option 2 attempts ago. Slowly losing hope. Can anyone help? Please?

I have over 5000PSD Templates ( Social Media/UI/UX/Mockups) also 500K SVG/EPS Icons.How  to reach Figma Content acquisition team?Templates can be converted  PSD to Figma so  technically its figma supported.

So  I have multiple layers. The upper layer is a component of a navigation bar.The navigation bar exists of multiple buttons and a rectangle behind everything. I linked the buttons when the components were placed on the pages.The button that links to the page you’re currently on has no interaction as you can’t link something to the page it is currently on.When I click on that button, I click trough the entire navigation bar, and hit buttons that are under it, which directs me to a page, while I want no interaction at all (because I should stay in the same page).how do I fix this, without changing any button location?

Hello! I have been using Figma for a long time now as i have found it the best software for my needs. I do digital art using vectors and things, and I just have a few questions about if there are plugins or way to do some things I would wish to have. If there is a plugin, please direct me to it. If there is no, consider this a ‘Suggest a feature’ ( Also I would like to note that I am using the free plan and cant pay for extra stuff, please do not recommend paid services )1 - Better animations      I use the prototyping feature to do animations, with click and on delay to be able to time it right, but there a few things I think could be better. For one, can you make one animation stop while another is going during smart animate? So basically key-frame animation. This is a very strange one and I’ve never encountered a problem like this before having used videos a lot in Figma. I have an Artboard (Frame) which has a video on it. The video plays automatically and when it reaches the end it loops and begins from the start again… The problem is, after the video loops seamlessly one. The 3rd time it plays/loops, it seems to start from approx 2 seconds from the end of the clip - then loops. So it almost ‘jumps back’ at the end. So the follow would be:Video plays through once Then it loops once as it should The next time it plays, it starts 1-2 seconds from the end of the video before going into the loop. It’s so strange the video essentially plays perfect twice and then the 3rd time decides not to loop correctly. I’ve dragged the video onto the Artboard/Frame and this occurs. I’ve tried wrapping it in another Frame and even setting as a ‘background asset’ and the problem is the same every way. There are no interactions or anything else. It’s literall

Hello. I have canceled my subscription more than a month ago, and removed my full seats as well although I got charged for a seat that I don’t use before 3 days. Even if I login to figma I would still see the same,  no full seats as well as free plan. So, why I go charged ? On top of that I want full refund on the amount. 

I’ve copied an envelope icon from the Contact Icons Community Design File. When I paste the icon a blue dotted line appears with the icon. It won’t go away.Anyone know more about this?  

I have many designs in one file, and now it’s using too much memory. So I decided to move half of the designs to another file to manage them by functions.However, all of these designs were already sent as links to the BA and Dev teams for documentation and development.My concern is that if I move the designs to another file, the links already included in the documents will no longer work.Is there any way to move the designs to another file without changing the link to the selected Section?We can’t replace the links in the documents because we have hundreds of documents and flows.

I have done the Figma MCP server and using Cursor to generate the HTML and CSS using Figma Design. Now can I use Ionic5 and Bootstrap too can be used in Cursor Figma MCP server since those are the latest frameworks?

We utilize a dev environment for testing and once approved we push to production with our Git Repo.  Is there a way to connect our Figma Sites file to our Git Repo for this?

while I understand it’s not the intended use of figma make it find it extremely useful to be able to create a presentation just by promting the contents of the different slides. Now that I managed to have a presentation in figma make I also would need to export it in a more portable format and something that can fit a knowledge base. Any ideas on how can I achieve it? My best guess so far is to take screenshot and paste them into Acrobat but it sucks from many perspective. Thanks for the support!

Hello. I am building out a video player tile component in multiple variants to switch states. I would like the video preview tile plays form the beginning when selected and stop when unselected. I have the “Reset video state” selected in the prototype mode under the interaction menu > state. However, the video starts from where it was left off when re-selected. I wonder if I am missing anything... 

Where to find the option to make templates and diagrams using AI on figjam? The thing is this option is usually visible at the starting but once I create one using this option, it just disappears which I can’t find it on the navbar or anywhere anymore. Any suggestion? (Please see the attached image)
