Hello, I am pretty new on Figma and I am learning via online course.I just started with the topic smart animate and I tried to animate an arrow that is fading in. It works, like I follow the both rules, have the arrow on two different pages (included) and also they both have the same name. It works fine, but as soon as I try to change the design of the “start” arrow a little bit, let’s say it is bigger than the “end” arrow so that it sizes down, the animation doesnt work anymore. I hope you understand my problem… maybe someone has an idea here? Arrows both have the same name, they are both imbedded on their appropriate layer page.The grey to black fade in works, but not the change of the form, as soon as I change the form of the left arrow, the animation doesnt work anymore.  

We wanted get some insights from Figma from Activity logs. We wanted to check if there is a possibility to get demo instance with Admin access to get Activity Logs.

The plugin has been tested thoroughly and the manifest is clean with `"allowedDomains": ["none"]`.A few questions:1. Is there anything I can check or fix on my end to move this forward?2. Is there a way to get a status update or estimated timeline?3. I personally prefer working with Auto Layout because it provides great automated layout and configuration capabilities. However, I recently ran into an issue: I’m unable to adjust the stacking order of layers while using Auto Layout.When using Auto Layout, if I set Scroll behavior → Position → Sticky (stop at top edge), I can’t move a specific frame to the top layer without breaking the ordering. The only workarounds I’ve found are switching the frame to Freeform or moving the content all the way to the top or bottom.

In my prototype, a floating button is supposed to appear after the user scrolled past a certain point.On desktop i used “mouse leave” as a trigger, this works perfectly - despite the fact that it it a mobile prototype. But i now checked on my phone and …. nothing!  This will be user tested, the users will use their own devices.  I found a work around with using the trigger “after delay” but it is not the same. Is there a better work around?  

HiI have an issue with multi colored icons. They are created as components and the vector is flattened and the layer is named “Vector”. The colors are based on variables: Unchanged variables​​​​​​ When I drag in an instance of the icon, I can change my colors to new variables - however only the top most variable is actually changed in the component instance: “Icons/on-color-dark” variable changed to “Icons/left”“Icons/default” variable changed to “Icons/right”Obviously nothing has changed. And when de-selecting the instance and re-selecting it the “Icons/right” has reverted back to “Icons/default” The issue persist with all multi colored icons and the pattern seems to be that the bottom most variable wont change.Changing the colors on the master works flawlessly. Any ideas?​​​​​​

Having a real struggle with a code layer generating a slider using the Figma UI to upload images to the slides. Problem is that the images sometimes would upload and be fine, sometimes appear to but then not show after publishing, despite previewing fine in the code layer modal, sometimes the images would persist after uploading, sometimes not, if I swapped an image out for another, the new image wouldn't show on the next publish.The issue isn't related to say the Image 2 picker as the bug happens randomly - although Image 1 does always seem to work. And if I add the same image that works in Image 1 to the other Image pickers, they work. It really is a puzzler. Unless there's another UI approach for a slider I can use (I know there's not one in Make right now)?

When I copy any Figma frame using Cmd+Shift+C (copy as png), it gives a message “copied as png” but when I try to paste it in google slides, it doesn’t work. As if there’s nothing in the clipboard. Tried clearing the clipboard still doesn’t work.

I submitted my plugin for review on 04/30, and as of today (05/08) I still haven't received any feedback from the Figma team. No approval, rejection, or requests for changes.That's over 10 days of waiting, while the submission form indicated a turnaround of 5-10 business days.Could anyone share how long the review process is currently taking? I’ve created a template in Figma Make, but it always has an error when trying to use it. I’ve re-created the template a few times and nothing fixes it. The template is composed of two components from our design library (a sidebar and a top navbar). Do templates not work with library components for some reason?  

I have been experimenting with the Variable Modes and i could figure most things out but i feel like this one might be a bug since i coulndt find anything about it - But just in case i wanted to ask here first.I created a Collection with 3 Modes, that change colors, Text content and now its supposed to change the Font Type and size of the Headline.This works perfectly fine in the Workspace, but when i check the prototype the Font wont change. Furthermore, when i loop back to the first font the innate Font is changed to Inter. In case its relevant - I loop the Modes by having a seperate colltecion with one number. The button sets number to number+1 (until it hits 4, then it resets to 1) and checks what the variable is set the mode. This worked perfectly fine before i started to test the font change, so im unsure if its relevant. Anyone gut any idea what the issue might be?

ok so i had a picture that i want to make become one color, so i use rectangle put it on top and mask it feature. But then when i want to offset this, it become like this (because its rectangle) is there anyway i can make it follow the shape?

Good evening everyone,Just a quick question as I am new to Figma Design. I am creating a scrollstory for my class that essentially is leading the user North via a compass. The problem I am currently having is you can only scroll from top to bottom, from A-Z, which is the norm. The question I have is, is it possible to reverse the scroll direction? Could I build my frame from Z-A and fixate a starting point on the bottom frame, Z, to have the user only scroll up towards A? Thank you for any and all answer/advice/suggestions,Very respectfully,Keenan D.

Hi Figma Community,I'm in a really difficult situation and hoping someone here has experienced something similar or can point me in the right direction.As of yesterday, all of my Figma project files have been locked. I believe this is tied to a billing issue, my previous card was stolen, and when I attempted to update my payment method with a new card, every attempt has failed. I've tried multiple cards now and keep hitting the same wall.The timing couldn't be worse. I have an investor presentation today and I cannot access any of my design files. I am not, by the way, so I'm thinking about buying a professional plan since right now I’m on a free one. Will it give me full access to the education team project?

If i use figma sites to design websites with a professional plan, can I hand over the just the site, minus editing to a client without them having to buy a subscription to keep the site alive? if so how do i go about it?
