Credits deducted but no output from Kling AI Avatar

I used Generate in Figma Weave with Kling AI Avatar. The interface showed progress and the run finished, but no image, card, file, or notification appeared.

I checked the canvas, History, recent generations, project files, and assets. The History entry was completely blank.

My runs are marked “succeeded,” but there was no visible output, and credits were deducted.

I would like help reviewing the missing output and the credit deduction.

Figma Weave (which is what you used for the Kling AI Avatar generation) runs as a separate product from Figma Design, with its own account, credit system, and support team it isn't yet integrated into the main Figma platform. That means the credit deduction and missing output you're seeing need to go through Figma Weave's own support rather than through this forum.

Here's what I'd suggest:

  1. Reach out to the Figma Weave support team directly at support@weavy.ai with a description of what happened, including that the run showed as "succeeded" but no output appeared in the canvas, History, or your files.
  2. If you have it, include the workflow link and roughly when the run happened, that'll help them trace it faster.

They'll be able to look into both the missing output and the credit deduction on their end. You can also check the Figma Weave Knowledge Center for more on how Weave's credit system works.
