I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription charge of $27 that occurred on 2026-03-08. This charge was entirely unexpected as I no longer have a need for the service and had intended to cancel the subscription prior to the renewal date. Unfortunately, I overlooked the cancellation process, and the subscription was automatically renewed. Since the charge, I have not used any of the paid features. I would greatly appreciate it if you could review my account and process a refund for this transaction.Thank you for your time and for providing such a great tool. I’ve made a web-app with figma make, and was happy to see that Push to Github was an option, but I’m having issues with this feature. Whenever I made a change to code, either by ai or manual, I saw that Github didn’t recieve the updated code. I investigated som more and found out that Figma don’t understand how files from the project were being pushed.I have a root directory in github, with one folder (/src). Here, all my files from figma make lies (Public etc) What I noticed is that Figma creates two index.html files, two package.json, two vite.config.ts  on push.The original files from Make is in /scr. and another basic version gets put on the Github root.I’ve tried to figure out how to fix or work around this, but I cannot figure it out. I’ve tried moving the correct versions to Github root, but to no help. And to make it worse, they get overwritten with every push. Must be some more files not being pushed to the right location.

I’d really appreciate some help here, can’t get mobile prototyping to work in the way I’d expect. I am prototyping an app with a bottom anchored toolbar. As such, “Fit” type settings are critical to avoid users from missing these buttons. However, any combination of settings I try in prototyping (Fit, fill, presentation, different preset phone frames) do not actually fit my prototype within phones of varying sizes. Here’s an image of what I’d expect would happen.

I have created full function POS software in Figma Make. I am very impressed with capability. However last few weeks this App is not being build (No UI is rendered). Any effort to reach the support has not been of any help. Yes, I can still create new App which tells me my configuration etc are fine.   Is anyone else facing similar kind of problem? 

I am working in a file that was created by another designer. I am trying to add a background pill to a text grid and I can’t get the pill to go behind the text. From the file menu I can see that all of the components previously created are dragged from the component library so they are all purple. I’ve tried several options, but not having success. Nothing is locked.

Auto-filling slot containersIs there a way for an instance added to a slot to automatically fill the slot container? For example, when I insert a row component into the slot, it keeps its fixed width instead of expanding to fill the slot.Selecting a preferred instance variantWhen setting a preferred instance for a slot, it seems like I can only select the base component—not a specific variant. Is there currently a way to choose a specific variant as the preferred instance?The only workaround I can think of is breaking that variant out into its own component, but that feels like it defeats the purpose of variants.Am I missing something in how slots are intended to work, or are these current limitations?

I have paid for more credits as my allowance will reset on 16 April. Yet nothing has happened - cannot ‘make’ anything new.Tried to get a response from them and nothing.Suggestions?

Hello everyone,I subscribed to the Figma Professional plan today (April 6, 2026) and was charged $20. After using it, I found the experience very slow with a lot of errors, so I decided I no longer want to continue with the subscription.I checked Figma's help article about requesting a refund within 24 hours, which mentions going to Settings → Community tab → Community purchases. However, I cannot find the "Community purchases" section in my account at all — I only see profile connection options there.I believe this is because I purchased a Professional team plan, not a Community resource (plugin/template), so the refund steps in the help article don't seem to apply to my case.I have already submitted a request through Figma's official contact form under "Billing and invoicing," but I wanted to ask here as well:➡️ Has anyone been in the same situation? Hey everyone!Our team has built a multi-brand design system that supports three different brand themes, each with both light and dark modes.All our icons are created as unions. This helps preserve the color override when an icon is swapped inside a component. For example: all icons use the “icon” color variable by default, but within a success inline message component, the icon is overridden with the “icon-success” color variable (green), as the icon should always be green in that context. Swapping, say, a checkmark icon with “icon-success” applied for a shield icon retains the correct “icon-success” variable. So far, so good.However, when we re-theme the inline message component from Brand 1 to Brand 2, the icon switches to a different brand-specific variant from the icon component set. How to create an animation that scrolls between frames?

Please tell me how to make the button that is pinned to the bottom of the screen when scrolling not appear on all website screens. How can I implement this in animation? Perhaps through components?

Pero en mi universidad nos pidieron un trabajo y me gusta mucho trabajar con Figma, en este momento mi diseño esta casi terminado, pero necesito publicarlo y que se vea con una vista tipo celular y no tipo pagina web que es lo que me ha pasado mas de una vez. Ok so I know theres loads of topics on this - but Im not sure I’ve seen one mention components, hence the new convo. TL;DR - I have a card containing 2 columns. I want the card to have column 1 smaller than the other. So Column 1 would be say, 25% the width of the card and column 2 would be 75% Now I see a lot of replies about setting fixed widths for column 1, fill for column 2…. about setting constraints etc, but this does not work, especially when working in components.  My card component has the variables of 1 or 2 columns, and of course - can be used in various screens, places, layouts and screen sizes. The card works beautifully when the columns are 50/50 scaling to my screen size, but just do not work at all for other width needs. Whats more, when I have my component, there is no way to override the widths of my internal columns unless I detach the component - breaking my whole system, and negating the whole point of components. Seriously s

Senior engineer, 6 years in. I can read a codebase faster than I can read a Figma file.Every Design - Dev handoff is a different puzzle and you're the one solving it on the clock. Here's what's started bothering me more recently — it's not just a me problem anymore.My AI agent can't read Figma either.I've been using Claude for few months. It's fast, it's good, and it's completely blind to design intent. I paste in a component description and it hallucinates spacing. I give it a screenshot and it gets the layout roughly right but the tokens wrong. There's no file format that bridges "what the designer built" and "what the agent needs to implement it."What I actually want when I pick up a ticket:— A file that tells me the flex direction, gap, padding, and alignment of every layer. Not a screenshot. A structured file.— Token names, not hex values. color/background/primary not #6750A4. My codebase uses tokens.

Hi :) I am using figma with prime NG library. after adding multiple var modes I am accepting an I mark for lots ofthem’ also, some components are re changing themselves. (btns, and autocompletes and dialogs)can you please assist?

I am working in Figma Slides on a client presentation that includes videos and images. The setting controls for the videos are not working. They are there but when I click on them nothing changes.When I first started to work on the project a week ago I noticed the settings would change but the buttons wouldn’t, so I would have to keep checking in presentation mode what setting was “on” or “off”. But now, the settings are not changing at all and neither are the buttons.If I click “apply to all videos” the message bubble comes up that the settings have been applied, but nothing else happens. I have submitted a ticket twice to support and they have replied yet with a fix. Has anyone run into this issue and figured out a fix? Help! Client presentation is tomorrow!

I’m using Figma Professional plan. I tried to give edit access to another person who is also using a professional plan. But it says ‘An admin needs to update this seat so they can edit. How can I resolve it? We don’t belong to the same team. 

I see a lot of plugins have animated icons. I looked around the forum and saw some old posts that mentioned renaming .gif to .png and uploading it. When I try, it lets me upload it, but in the last step when I hit Publish, it throws an error saying icon image needs to be JPEG or PNG. So does this mean we can no longer assign animated icons to our plugins while some old one can keep them?Any advice is appreciated.
