Hello,I have an annual Professional subscription and only intended to purchase a one-time top-up of 10,000 AI credits. However, a recurring AI Credits subscription appears to have been added instead: - Monthly credits: 10,000 credits/mo ($120.00/mo)- Invoice: E6FC2082-0102- Total invoice amount: $189.68 I did not intend to subscribe to a monthly AI credits plan. I only wanted a one-time credit purchase. Is it possible to:1. Review the invoice.2. Cancel the recurring 10,000 credits/month subscription.3. Confirm whether a one-time AI credit purchase is available.4. Adjust or void the invoice if appropriate. Thank you.

It would be really helpful to be able to use a variable to set a Type Style’s Letter Case (under the Type Settings meatball menu). It could be a String Variable, and the options would be “As entered”, “Uppercase”, “Lowercase”, “Title case”, and “Small caps”. I personally use modes to switch between different brands, and some brand styles require uppercase while others don’t allow it. This suggestion may be a small feature in the grand scheme, but I wonder if others would also find it useful.

The Figma Education plan no longer allows uploading fonts, but fonts that are already uploaded stay present. Even if we can’t upload new ones, we are no longer able to manage our previous ones.

FigJam issue. When adding a next step in a flow chart, using the arrow buttons, the next step is not created properly. The text is invisible and the box is not showing on the screen after clicking on the canvas. The new box is not behind the section either. It does not happen every time, but when it starts it persists for that arrown on that box.

Figma desktop app (mac) version: 126.8.18We have an enterprise license.When I try to publish a generative plugin to the enterprise i get this:{    "error": true,    "status": 500,    "message": "Internal server error",    "i18n": {        "id": "error.internal_server_error",        "fallback_text": "Internal server error",        "params": {}    }}

Hey there! I was also wondering if it is somehow possible to include also the layer of variant controls to be exposed or hid! I often have cases where I need to nest base components e.g. an icon wrapper providing me with the ability to select certain sizes, or color overrides and boolean props of an icon. I am now able to expose all of those or none, but I can’t restrict the users to only be able to select just some of those. What do you think about it?

I downgraded from paid plan to free plan but apparently there’s balance due. I keep getting email saying balance is due but I have no way to pay since I don’t have access to admin page as a free plan user. Even support bot is telling me to go to the admin page to pay the invoice and then admitting it gave me a wrong instruction and pointed me to post here. Very frustrating series of events. How do I pay this balance off as a free user?

Hi I am experiencing a critical issue with Figma where exports freeze on "Exporting..." and never complete. Here is a summary of what is happening and the troubleshooting I have already completed: Issue: Exporting any frame (JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF) gets stuck on the "Exporting..." notification. System Details: Windows OS. I have 35 GB of free space on my C: drive, and file memory usage inside Figma is around 0.5% (59 layers). Attempted Fixes: Cleared Figma app cache and restarted (Clear cache and restart). Tested both Figma Desktop App and Web Browser (including Incognito Mode). Tried bulk export (Ctrl + Shift + E) and exporting individual frames/layers. Attempted Flatten (Ctrl + E), grouping, and copying to a brand new Draft file. Tried disabling/enabling Hardware Acceleration and running Figma as Administrator. Since none of these standard methods resolved the problem, it seems to be an issue related to my account or a specific backend bug. Could you please rev

My account has already successfully passed the Figma Education verification process. However, within Figma, my account is still showing as a free plan with only 500 AI credits per month.

Hi everyone,I urgently need help regaining access to a file. When I opened the file, Figma wouldn't let me edit it and asked me to update my Education Plan. I clicked "update," and right after that I was kicked out of the file and can no longer open it. Now I only get a message saying that a request has been sent to the file owner. The problem is that we don't know who the owner is, and we have no way to find out or contact them. This file is very important for our company, so we're completely blocked.I opened a support ticket on September 21 (request #2143984), but I haven't received any reply beyond the automatic confirmation.Could someone from the Figma team please help escalate the ticket, or tell us how we can identify the file owner or recover access? I'm happy to share my account email and the file link via DM.Thanks in advance!

Pretty excited about the new layout grid option, but it would be cool to adjust columns/rows count on component instance. That way we can come up with flexible placeholder components for table and form rows, where we have baseline component set up, and by changing, let’s say columns count on such component instance - add or remove nested components, swap them with other basic components, such as text, input, label, and span them to the desired amount

Over the past few days, changes made to components in my primary Design System file are no longer syncing correctly to my separate Product Design file. When I update a component in the design system library and accept/publish the changes, the instances in my main design file either fail to render the updates or show visual glitches.Since this workflow worked fine previously, I suspect this might be a recent bug with library synchronization. Could you please help investigate or suggest a fix?

Hi! First of all-- congratulations on the release of CMS! I’m already super excited to create stuff with it and I’ve been playing around with it this morning. Hereby my humble feature requests for the future of CMS!Categories and tags with separate pages for their content. Search and date picker (for events) functionality. I would love to see component swapping supported inside CMS, so that I can pick a different component per CMS article if I want to highlight it on my list with a special component for example. (A feature like this would be ~ incredibly ~ powerful.) Or/and, the ability to change page variables in a CMS item, so you can for example change the colors of the page based on the variables set in the item. The ability to connect CMS fields to the SEO, so you can attach a meta description and social sharing image to each CMS article. The ability to hide CMS items from lists but still have them in your database and viewable by link. The ability to attach embeds (or iframe’s) i

You know how sometimes you feel like having a copy of a screen in another file (or page), and would like to have it be updated automatically, but it feels overkill to create a main component out of that screen? If you just copy and paste it (for example for creating a prototype in a separate Page without messing your original screens), it’s pretty much instantly out of date. You also know how you can embed Figma files, frames or prototypes in any website, even integrating in other services like Jira and Dropbox with the Live Embed Kit. It works AMAZING, it shows even up-to-date designs, and you’re simply copy-pasting a link, without the overengineering of extra components. What if this would work within Figma itself?? Check this out: Would this be useful for anyone else? We for example would like to have an example of “usage” of each component in the Components Library, which is usually a screen taken from a variety of other files. But they invariably get out of date super soo

We work in a large company with over 100k employees and have very strict rules on how to share content with clients. What we are missing are advanced sharing options for “only-view”. Sometimes, we want to share content as a ‘view-only link’ with the client to receive comments and feedback directly on the artboards. Other times, we want to share as a ‘view-only link’ but without the possibility for viewers to leave comments. This crucial option is currently unavailable for us, and it would be great if this feature could be added to the sharing options. Thanks! 👍

I’m testing SemantiDeck, a local-first Figma Slides plugin for a specific accessibility workflow problem: semantic work can disappear when a deck is exported to PowerPoint or revised later. SemantiDeck stores title, image and reading-order semantics with the Figma source, then safely patches the exported PPTX locally. It works on the native PPTX instead of rebuilding the deck, and if a mapping is ambiguous it refuses the fix rather than guessing. Current private-beta scope: slide titles image alt text and decorative state text language hyperlinks conservative reading-order changes reuse of validated semantics across later revisions Tables, charts, SmartArt and media are review-only for now. The plugin declares no external network access, and presentation content does not need to be uploaded. I’m looking for a few people who regularly deliver PowerPoint files and can test one non-sensitive deck plus one later revision. Free private beta:https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/y020kn01ixetb

I’m unable to publish an update to my plugin. After changing the email address on my account, I started receiving this message:“We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed.”I’ve already submitted a support ticket and also contacted support by email, but I haven’t received a response for 4 days.Could you please review my account and remove the restriction so I can publish the update?Thank you!

Hello!Managing component documentation in Figma can be a very manual and repetitive process, this becomes a pain when components evolve and libraries scale. So I built Compdoc, a Figma plugin that makes it easier to add and manage documentation for your components, including usage, accessibility, content, and AI guidance. Why it matters: Structured fields make docs actually useful  Export/import your docs as JSON Page-level filtering so you're not loading 500 components when you just want to document 20 As a bonus, better component context means AI tools can actually use your design system effectively I tested it on our design systems at work and it saved a ton of time. Would love to hear what other design system folks on what's missing. Here's the link: https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1683800404228272079/compdoc

Hi there,I’m locked out of edit mode on a years worth of work. When I asked for permission to edit, I received an email but think it made me create another account and did not give me access in the original account.I changed my Google email to a Google Workspace email a few months ago but it looks like Figma has only just updated it and maybe treating my new email as a ‘seat’ only.  There has been no response from support (#2146130). Please help as a matter of urgency.Sarine

Hi Figma community,I’m working on a public date conversion tool at dateconvertersa.com that helps Arabic-speaking users switch between Hijri and Gregorian dates. The logic is handled in code, but the UI/UX side is what I’m trying to get right in Figma.I’m designing a date picker component that needs to: Support both Hijri and Gregorian calendars Work in RTL Arabic and LTR English Handle mobile viewports cleanly Show clear month/year navigation without clutter Optionally allow a quick toggle between the two calendars I’m struggling with how to structure the component set and variants in Figma. Should I use separate components for each calendar, or one component with variants? How do you handle RTL mirroring for date pickers? Any tips for keeping the layout clean when the two calendar systems have different month lengths and names?Would love to see examples or component structures from anyone who has designed for bilingual or RTL date inputs. Thanks!

I have an enquiry would like to know for this case. Lets say i have 10 design projects in my figma account. but developer wants to use claude or codex to access the one of the projects and requested me for permission. but i am not sure if im wrong, from what i know i cannot give them my personal token access since they can see all 10 files in my account.and i cannot give them my login access. is there any other way around this to let them access a particular file safely in professional plan or do i need to upgrade to org plan to do this.  if you could explain the process it would be great for clarification.

Hello,I am locked out of my personal Figma account because every authenticator code is rejected, although my email address and password are accepted. The account has a paid Professional plan with an annual Full seat. I submitted the support form while signed out, but I did not receive the required verification email or a ticket number. I checked my inbox, spam, promotions, and all other folders.I am the sole owner of the account and urgently need access to the design files stored in it. I had not signed in to this account for several weeks before the issue occurred.Could a Community Support moderator please create or escalate a support case on my behalf and contact me privately to collect my account and billing information? For security reasons, I will not publish my account email address or billing details publicly. I can provide them privately.Thank you.

When I try to update a plugin, I receive a notification stating: "We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed." This is preventing me from submitting the update. Please help me resolve this quickly.

Hi Figma Team,I am writing to suggest adding Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) as one of the supported interface languages in Figma.Indonesia has a rapidly growing design community, with thousands of UI/UX designers, students, and professionals relying on Figma daily. Design and digital arts (such as DKV - Visual Communication Design) are now widely taught across vocational schools and universities, where UI/UX design is a core part of the curriculum. With a population of over 270 million people and a booming tech ecosystem, providing Indonesian language support would significantly reduce the barrier to entry for local students, educators, and emerging talent. This small change could have a massive impact on empowering the next generation of Indonesian creators and integrating them into the global design industry. We would love to see Bahasa Indonesia supported in Figma! Thank you for your hard work and for continuously listening to the community.Best regards,
