However, when trying to verify again, Lagos is no longer available in the list, even though other Nigerian states are available.

The confirmation button was greyed out and not clickable, and I did not receive any verification emails.I dismissed the pop-up, but after doing so, my project disappeared as well. Description:After today's Figma update, the option to reuse recent prompts is gone from the AI image tools (Make an image / Edit image). Before the update, I could pick a previously used prompt from a list. Now I have to retype the full prompt every time I generate or edit an image.Steps to reproduce:Select an image or frame and open the AI image generation / edit image tool. Enter a prompt and generate. Open the tool again on another image.Expected: A "Recent prompts" list (or history) is available to reuse or tweak previous prompts.Actual: No prompt history. The input field is empty, and the prompt must be written from scratch.Impact: This significantly slows down iterative work. I often apply the same or slightly modified prompts to many images in a row, and retyping them each time is a major workflow regression.Request: Please restore the recent prompts history, or let me know where it was moved if it still exists.Environment: Figma desktop app, macOS  

Hi,I connected my github account to figma make and created the repo from figma make. Everything went fine. Now, I want to push the code to github. But I simply don’t find the option for it. If I go to github in figma make, I only have the option “create repository”. So, what’s wrong with my setup?

My agent conversation is marked shared chat. if I delete it, is it removed fro everyone with access to to the design, or only for me? Does Figma retain a copy and for how long? Id also like to know whether anyone has viewed it. And if I cannot delete it, where can I find the chat myself in this design?

Hi everyone,After the UI3 update, the Export section completely disappeared from the right sidebar in Design mode.Yesterday it was there as usual, at the bottom of the Design panel. Today it's completely gone.I have already checked everything:I'm in Design mode. I'm the owner of the file. The right sidebar is visible. I selected frames, components, vectors, and images. I scrolled all the way to the bottom of the Design panel. I also created a new export setting before, so I know exactly where the Export section should be.The Export section is simply no longer there.If I try to export using keyboard shortcuts, Figma shows the message:"You are not allowed to export this file."Has anyone experienced the same issue after the UI3 update?Did the Export section disappear for anyone else? If so, how did you fix it?Thank you!

Hi im trying to verify my student account and went through all the process to get this message: We couldn't continue your verificationLooks like you've already been approved for this offer. I understand that this means the account i was trying to verify is now approved, but then i went to F5 my figma page and i still have the message of: Only 4 days left to verify that you're a student or educatorTo keep collaborating on Figma's Education plan, please verify your status soon. Another account i have was verify recently so maybe that can be a reason why, but then i made a mistake because i wasnt trying to verify that account and used my college’s information which i also used for this account to try to get it approved.

Hello. I’ve run out of limits. This happened literally in a couple of actions. I’m shocked. I started looking at the expenses. And... Replacing the text of the highlighted 2 sentences used up 92 credits. 92 credits for fishy text? Is this a normal credit usage? We’re seeing a difference between extending a published variable collection through the Plugin API and through Figma’s UI.Our test library contains one number variable with a value of 8. In a second file:Using Extend collection manually works: the inherited variable appears and is included in the mode’s JSON export.Using await figma.variables.extendLibraryCollectionByKeyAsync(collectionKey, name) creates the extension, but it shows “No variables in this collection.” Its JSON export contains only parent/mode metadata—no token.Interestingly, the Plugin API reports the inherited variable and correctly resolves its value to 8. We also successfully wrote an explicit override of 8 to the extension’s mode, but the collection still appeared empty.We reproduced this with a minimal plugin, without logging, storage, or post-creation reads. Reopening the file and recreating the extension didn’t help.Is there an additional initialization step required, or is this a bug in how API-created extensions

I use Claude on two separate Claude accounts, and both need the Figma MCP connector pointed at the same Figma account. This does not work. As soon as I authorize the Figma connector on the second Claude account, the first one is invalidated and its Figma tools stop working (“The user’s connection to this connector was invalidated”). Re-authorizing on the first account then kicks off the second.The same Figma login can be authorized in Claude Code’s own Figma plugin at the same time without conflict, so the limit seems to be one active authorization per Figma account for the Claude connector client, rather than a general one-session rule. Please allow one Figma account to hold more than one active authorization for the same MCP client, or document the limit and the intended workaround. Hello,In our company, we decided to use new text style specifically for buttons and similar components. This style has vertical trim set to “cap height to baseline”. All of a sudden, text’s line height gets squished: I tried re-installing Metric font from several different sources but nothing helped. I am having a problem with assets not loading in the Make file. After quite a few attempts at resolving the issue, it persists. I tried duplicating the project so it might have a new Make environment, but it still didn’t work. i think figma does need to enable auto layout anywhere, like anywhere especially when we are making components, soo long story short i was making like a section, that i need to make like a stack of cards that can be animated and then i just figured out that when i was in auto layout mode i only can select the auto layout animation not the cards inside it and the i just realise if im doin this i need to make a lot of it and then i just got the idean of making separate first and then auto layout it later so its a lot much easier and not taking a lot of spaces but in component mode i just realize that you cant add auto layout or even group idk why although that makes a lot easier and more simple and because i cant add it an it only can be one instance from a component set i decide to reset instance every time i wanna add the cards to the design. i think thats all from me andd pardon me if i have a bad english, dont mind to replying it or anything everything helps

The new updates are great but it has also brought key problematic issues. Previously I was able to use the edit button to select any item on the page. That’s gone. It will only select element like cards and you have to drill down the right hand side html preview manually. When you click go to or show source instead of showing the source code of that element it mostly takes you to the app.tsx page or the export function of the page you are on. So annoying. Previously I could select paragraphs and element no matter how small directly on the preview screen and it would go to the code source of the element. As you can see from the screen shot the go to source  button is greyed out for this paragraph. It message says ‘cannot open a third party component’. Since when are simple HTML elements third party? Before the update with the old selector it was fine. This new one is problematic.Secondly manual edits still don’t have version history. Hey! I created transparent frame with glass effect applied but it disapears during an export. I tried different export plugins and formats but still glass effect is not presented as is on the exported file. If background is solid everything works perfectly. Is there any way to export it with transparency? The frame
