I present a lot of Figma prototypes in full-screen presentation view, but I can’t get rid of the 1px border on the left, right and bottom (see Full-Screen.png). This has nothing to do with scaling or the size of the prototype, but is the border of the actual Figma window. I’m on Windows 11 and the color changes between dark grey and white depending on whether I’m in dark mode or not. The border is not visible in the in-frame prototype view (see In-Frame.png).This is especially annoying if there’s a big contrast between content of the prototype and the frame itself.I had a look at other programs and how they behave: if the program is not in full screen/covering the complete screen, then the border is shown. In full screen it’s not being shown. Seems Figma behaves differently here.

When I open any Figma file in the browser, it takes a long time to load. The same issue occurs in the desktop app. I’ve tested on multiple devices, and the problem is the same for all files. I’m located in Asia (Bangladesh). Could you please advise how I can fix this issue?

Hi Figma Support,I lost access to my Figma files after my Education plan expired.I was the owner and creator of the files in an Education team. After the education status expired, the team became locked and my account was removed automatically. Now I no longer see the team or files in my file browser.I cannot move or download the files because I no longer have access to the team.There is no other admin or owner available to reverify or re-add my account.The files are very important and were created by me.Could you please escalate this case to the account recovery or data recovery team to help restore temporary access or recover the files?Old account email:[redacted PII - DJV 2/27/26]Thank you.

 I have tried verifying 10+ times  for my master's program in the United States, and my classes have already started, and one of my courses requires Figma Pro, but what can I do if SheerID is not able to verify? I have contacted SheerID, and they say that they can't verify my profile. Now I have exceeded my limit to verify it seems.I have run out of verification limits twice. The only prerequisite for being a student is a university name and  email id .SheerID can't even verify that education@figma.com was of no help either. Said that only SheerID can help. Could you kindly resolve this or provide a solution, as your SheerID team is not even verifying?

I've noticed recently that the branch icon is missing from the file tab, although it's visible on the left panel. Can we get this indicator visible?Also, it's missed from the recent opened files menu 

Hello, I am currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree and I receive a “Verification limited exceeded” message everytime I try to verify my status. I am now receiving a message on figma that I will loss my files if I don’t verify my status in the next 7 days. could you kindly resolve this issue.

Previously, I had an active Education plan under an old email. Since I no longer have access to that previous address, I updated my Figma account to my current email.Following the update, my Education status was downgraded, and I was asked to complete the verification process again. However, when I try to re-verify my student status, I receive a message stating that the benefit has already been claimed/verified.I contacted SheerID for clarification, and they confirmed that my verification is active and tied to the new email address I used for my login. Despite SheerID confirming that everything is correct on their end, my Figma account still doesn't reflect the Education plan benefits.Could someone please help me understand why the plan is still blocked and how I can restore my access?

I can’t figure out how to fix this issue. Over the last two months, it has happened 2–3 times that the text styles in my canvases suddenly change. The letter spacing switches from 0.42 (our standard style) to –1.52 (I have no idea why this value appears).I can fix it by resetting the instance or manually reapplying the style, but the problem keeps happening.We use a custom company font, and all three designers on our team have the same font version installed. Only designers have edit permissions, and the styles seem to change randomly — once it happened while I was just viewing the frame, and other times when I wasn’t even working in the file.Could anyone help with this? When I click on the prototype button, two windows open. The first window remains blank, and the second window always starts at the beginning of the flow. Previously, it was possible to start from a specific screen within the flow. The loading time also seems slower.

Hi , I am unable to use a third-party tool (Weavy) because Figma consistently returns figma.com/blocked.html during the connection flow. This happens across Brave and Chrome, on different networks (including mobile hotspot), and even with newly created accounts, which suggests the issue is not account- or device-specific. It appears the tool is attempting to load Figma inside an embedded/iframe context, which is being blocked. Could you please confirm whether embedded authentication or app loading is restricted, and advise the correct redirect or popup OAuth flow that integrations should use to avoid this error? I am accessing Weavy directly through the official website of Weavy (weavy.ai) using my Weavy account. Hello, I’d like some clarification regarding how AI credits are handled for team members within a professional license team with Full seats. A team leader purchases a professional license and a Full seat for a team member. If the team member has a starter account, do they only have access to the starter account AI credits, or do they get the full 3,000 credits per month since they have a full seat in the team?

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing an issue with the Prototype Preview mode in Figma. In previous versions, there was an internal address bar located at the top (next to the view mode toggle) that displayed the current route, such as /feed or /chat. This allowed me to manually type and navigate between different pages in my project quickly.However, in the current version, this bar has completely disappeared. I can no longer see the URL or manually change the route to test specific pages.Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a shortcut or a setting to toggle this address bar back on? I've checked the "View" options but couldn't find a way to restore it.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When applying text styles that have associated variables attached the values presented do not respect the applied mode.
