Report a Problem

Recently, I started using AI to generate images in Figma, and overall it’s been working well for me. However, I’ve encountered an issue with the new image editing feature:When I place the cursor within a word to edit, as soon as I start typing, the cursor jumps to the end of the prompt paragraph instead of staying where I placed it. I’ve tried multiple times, but I’m not sure what’s causing this issue.

help! :(i’ve been rebuilding the entire design system with design tokens as variables and styles and then made detailed documentations of it all, entering Figma this morning and ALL variables and styles are gone, components and text looks correct and seems to understand that it should reference the variables or styles, but it is all broken trying to view the variable or style, ex for colors it shows a box with the color but no name.i have tried updating figma, open in browser, regenerating all instances, revert to an earlier version nothing helped.note, that my Figma project started as an sketch import that i have continued building on top of, i don’t know if this could be the reason that Figma suddenly decided to delete ALL variables and styles in my document :(even more strange, if i create a new project and copy/past my content over, i now see the design tokens original variable names and typography and color style names, but they don’t exist in the document.is there anything i can

I recently cancelled the Professional plan, as we currently no longer require its services. We need to download the latest invoice, but it appears that the billing section is no longer accessible from the free plan.Could you please advise on how we can retrieve it?Thank you in advance for your assistance.Kind regards,Stefano Renò

Please get back old verion of Grid with Wrap function! New one is not working well and it doesn’t fit needs of the projects!New Grid doesn’t support vertical Hug, It makes strange gaps between components in grid based on size of the container.

I’m having trouble finding the Auto Layout configuration after updating to the latest version of the Figma Desktop app (I’m using a Mac). It’s no longer showing up in the usual spot on the right-hand panel.Below a screenshot showing two rectangles that are already using Auto Layout, but I can’t seem to find the configuration settings for it.

We (as a team) had created a full page and from one to another it has disappear. We can’t recover it even going back to the version history. Has anyone gone through similar experience?

I  have been facing this issue continuously for the last 4-5 days & it’s getting frustrating. When is Figma Team resolving this? __/\__

✅ Problem solved! My team and files were successfully restored via the email link from Figma.  Thank you everyone — no further help needed 🙌

I move someone from a Collab seat(Plan subscription) to a View seat, their Collab seat becomes available and then I assign the seat to another person but why Figma show invoice that I have renewing monthly seat?

Bonjour à tous,Je me tourne vers la communauté car j’ai perdu l’accès à un fichier très important que j’ai créé sur Figma pour mon mémoire de Master. Le lien affiche maintenant le message :"Hmm, we couldn't find that one.

I was in a Team Project in a Started Mode and since I'm a newbie I didn't know that files created in the Drafts section are attached to that team project, I thought they were my personal drafts. I left the team project and now I can't access that draft. I found guidance how the owner can recover it (I had "can edit" access) but the guidance was only for professional plan and I didn't delete the file in the Drafts section, I only left the team project. Will I be able to access it again if my account gets added back?Or can the owner somehow access the file that i created in the Drafts section? The thing is two of my accounts were in that project, and by looking at Drafts section of account that is still in that Team Project, that file doesn't appear. What can i do? How can I or the owner access that file that I had in the Drafts section of the Team Project that I created when my account was one of the members of that Team Project

My account keeps saying payment failed while upgrading to professional. All my bank details are correct, can another payment method be provided please?

Problem:I have Figma Code Connect set up and working in my project (I can see other components like TextField from @pperform/atum are properly connected), but when I query the code connect mapping for a specific Figma component, I get an empty result {}. I’m sure that i already get the right component which have the setting code connect.Setup:Figma Code Connect is configured and working for other components in the projectUsing React/TypeScript frontend with @pperform/atum design systemCan see "Connected" status in Figma for other components (e.g., TextField). Expected Behavior:Should return the code mapping/connection details for the Figma component

We documented our experience using Figma Sites for a complex design system, including performance bottlenecks and real user challenges. Sharing it here for your review: https://medium.com/@Ipekaraoglu/trying-out-figma-sites-what-worked-and-what-didnt-60bf54762a7f

In figma Make i ran up to the limit of the AI Chat with claude sonnet 4. i can’t ask it anything anymore. It gives an error. Can i clear all cache on the chat somehow , so i can continue the project? anyone who can help with this?

Hello friends,I’ve found that my project came back to 10 days ago and I tried to check the version history but is so strange because between June 18 and June 25, all the versions look the same. I can see changes before and after that period. Can you help how can recover missing changes?Best regards Sahar

Hello!! I have code connect snippets set up within my Figma system and I am attempting to use Cursor to get the code from Figma. When I try to do this, I am receiving this response, stating no Code Connect files exist.Below is a screen shot of my frame and connected snippets. Did anyone else encounter this problem and have any solutions? This was working for the past two weeks so wondering what has changed with MCP or Cursor.

1st image is google font page, but in figma ‘&’ is apper in a diffrent way (see 2nd image), earlier it was correct.

When I want to change the font of any text in Figma there is no preview of it’s name in the dropdown selection - only the loading skeleton. The functionality works - the font changes and I can see the name outside of the dropdown but it’s hard to navigate when I use the search bar.I’m using the browser version and I have a paid account. It”s the same no matter if I’m connected to WiFi or LAN cable. Have someone run into that issue?

Not sure if anyone noticed but I feel like Figma Audio Chat has been generally less reliable ever since the switch to UI3. One of the main issues we’ve discovered when working with our developers on Figma is the audio chat disconnecting while we switch between Dev and Design mode. It’s a normal part of our process to make changes in design mode and switch back to developer mode to review things while discussing with our developers. The audio chat module has also been noticeably buggy ever since the switch to UI3 as a mentioned. It would disappear when I’ve joined a session, join button may appear even when I’m already in the audio chat, follow and spotlight feature may appear finicky as well. Since then we’ve switched to calling outside of Figma so it’s not the biggest deal, however it would be nice to have these things fixed so we could seamlessly collaborate without switching to a different platform for audio chats.

I created a Google Sheets file containing images for bulk creation, but when I upload the .xlsx file, the images appear as a text field instead of an image field, preventing me from linking it to the asset.

When I come back to edit an interaction on a variant, other interactions just magically disappear! They’re gone!!! They are no longer there. Can we please fix this? I can’t be the only one this is happening to, right???

The marker tool in figjam has changed. Unlike other drawing tools, Figjam’s previous marker was very responsive to touch, not rounding or softening pen strokes. But now as I draw, I can physically see my pen stroke changing as I draw. I am precise with my drawing and writing, so this was a let down for me as what I draw is not maintained. Can we turn this off/disable this new feature?

Hey all, I’ve been noticing two issues that might be related: Slow Loading at Bottom: When I scroll to the bottom of the file list (especially in larger projects with lots of files), it sometimes takes a long time to load more files. Occasionally it just gets stuck or lags noticeably. Duplicate Files: Some files are appearing twice in the same project. Not sure if this is just a visual bug or something else, but it usually happens at the bottom of the scroll and trying to load more files. Anyone else running into this? Wondering if it’s a known issue or if there’s a workaround. Thanks!

What I’m doing wrong? I generated some Flutter code (with the help of visual code/copilot and the Figma MCP server) from my Figma design: class IPhone161 extends StatelessWidget { // Bild-URLs vom lokalen MCP-Server static const imgScreenshot202505181133481 = 'http://localhost:3845/assets/40302311985739cf5b0d629966628c418a2cb3ae.png'; static const imgEllipse1 = 'http://localhost:3845/assets/5747de95ba735346045eb9f07a9e21c55e00f7b8.svg'; static const imgFrame = 'http://localhost:3845/assets/2d63044c4aee77ef3b5702988be5cbcb4764e5a5.svg'; @override Widget build(BuildContext context) { return Scaffold( backgroundColor: Color(0xFFFFFFFF),But if I start the app, it is blank. Then I tried to access the asset (PNG file) directly from my browser and got a 404 error (This localhost page can’t be found). Seems that the MCP Server can’t serve the assets?
