I have several issues with my library and as I don’t expect any solutions here I wanted to drop them as I see forums flooded with issues concerning libraries and components – so I hope this raises awareness for these problems at Figma.I tried to hide components from publishing – this is only working for some and for others not for no comprehensible reason (yes, I checked if all properties are used within the component as I know this can cause issues). The library does NOT deflect the structure I have in the source file, e.g. naming conventions of pages or on which page components are sitting  Random updates: I update the library and 2 seconds later it shows me again that there are updates for changes I allegedly made minutes or even hours ago, in the source file as well as in the files I added the library to – feels just very buggy When I add new components I am sometimes not offered to update the library. I experience these behaviours for weeks now and I’m slowly sick of it. I encountered an issue that the prototype always resets the scroll position when navigating to a different page even though I had unchecked that setting. The weird thing is that after the 1st click, this issue didn’t happen again when I was navigating in between pages. 

I have a problem where some external people are unable to view the Figma Present files, and some can. I have created my document and choose ‘present’: I then choose ‘share presentation’ and have selected ‘ANYONE’ can view without password… I have tested this locally on various machines, and various browsers and it works fine. I have also tested in incognito mode - again works fine for me… However, various recipients are seeing the following error, saying the page can not be found: Any ideas how to solve this problem? It’s rather embarresing and frustrating when sharing a pitch deck that is a lottery on who can see it. 

I’ve been working on a Figma Slides file for over a week.  Suddenly received the “Something went wrong” message.  Error ID: ec3298327afa47ccb876d5eb8d07b610I’ve tried restoring the file to different version histories up to a day ago and get the same error. Because of the error I can’t seem to access the file at all.

The web version of Googl Chrome (Version 128.0.6613.138) does not load fonts, I am trying to install FigmaAgent 124.6.5 and it does not open on OS Catalina 10.15? How to solve the problem with fonts in the web version of Figma? 😥

A couple days ago there was a service interruption for single sign-on that led to being kicked off of figma. When the service was restored I signed back in and all my drafts were gone, the projects I added along with the files under that project that were associated with our team are also gone. I have a presentation link that still works so I’m hoping the project is still somewhere, but how do I get access to it again?

If you set the background color of the page and then check the “Include in Export” checkbox to export in PDF format, the background color of the PDF will always be white. This is a bit difficult to use as a document.

I was supposed to pay an invoice on January 23, 2025, for $432, and I have already made the payment. However, it shows that I still owe $5. Could you please clear this balance for me? 

Hello,I’ve tried making payment with two of my credit cards. Both. of them have failed. I’ve contacted the bank and received the response that the “Merchant is trying to do a recurring transaction” and that you are not compliant. It looks like you are non-compliant in India as per the local norms. How do I make the payment and when can you become compliant? Thanks,Vamsee

why there is no figma ai in my plan? 

I was using Figma on Chrome when an error occurred, and the file didn’t save. Upon checking, I noticed that some file pages were deleted. I tried undoing the changes using Ctrl+Z, but it only worked up to a certain limit. Can you suggest a solution?

Font names containing accented characters do not preview correctly in the font family dropdown.Take “Nysé” for example which is previewed below as “Nys?”.  (Search functionality is preserved thankfully.)

When drawing a somehow simple vector network, setting the stroke style of my line to inside causes part of the line to disappear  

HI! I can't open the projects in the desktop application. But everything is working fine in the chrome browser. How is this possible? Help!

When changing the text style font, some fonts don’t work. The icon changes from Ag to T. It happens with random fonts. I tried installing those fonts on my mac and reopening Figma but it still doesn’t work.

Just now, all font styles and shadows disappeared from the main design system as well as from the backup project. Is there any way to restore everything as it was, and why did this happen?

Takes over 10 sec to load a presentation link (with only 15 slides) on browser and in app. Browser shows page unresponsive first then finishes loading. Would be great if it loads faster so we can share the link and viewer can quickly see it without waiting too long or thinking it’s not working.

Today we experienced a complete detachment of Figma links in Jira tasks. We believe it could be a culprit of Jira widget in Figma. Did anybody encountered the same thing? 

Hi. I changed the name of my company, and thus have a new email address. I tried to change the email address from my old account to my new one, but it doesn’t work. Can someone please help me?  

I noticed in the past month that search has gotten worse, specifically when looking for icons. Our library follows a naming standard of “name_24px” with the name varying by icon and the number varying by size. I’m guessing something about this format is confusing search even when the right answer is the closest match. Eg. Searching “star” for an icon named “star_24px” does not work… but it does suggest icons named “restart_alt_24px” and “store_mall_directory_24px” which are clearly less correct than the icon I wanted. I cant personally change the icon naming structure - can this be fixed?

Hello all, I am looking for help related to a recent incident that happened with me.I’m unable to access my own file which I worked on all the last five yeras. I was working on it right now and the screen simply appeared that I no longer had access to my own file which was literally in my drafts, it was never shared. All my jobs were there, just like the ones I was working on now, it's my income. I'm desperateThe only owner and edit was me only. I still have it on my screen, and it's even in my recents, but I can't get into it. Please help me with this or if anyone from Figma officials can help me with this. The name is “Projetos”. 

When I log into figma, I'm always taken to a sticky note I created a year ago, my team has created new columns since then and I have to reduce the screen to find the new column, then scroll to it then enlarge the screen. Is there a way to fix this issue?
