I’ve seen a few of these questions here but no true resolution. I have a a few project with in my account. There is one that I accidentally set to education and now a few of my team members cannot export or access the files because they do not qualify as students. How can i take my account status out of education and place it back into a free starter account?

I believe this action was taken based on a misunderstanding, as I am the rightful creator of the content in question.I am fully prepared to submit a counter-notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to resolve this issue. Please guide me through the necessary steps so I can proceed accordingly.I kindly ask you to review my case and help restore my account as soon as possible, as it is essential for my design work and ongoing projects.

Both links/icon opens figma community, But why they became different after last update?

I've encountered a blocking error in our plugin development environment that began approximately one week ago:{ "message": "in setPluginData: This pluginData entry exceeds 100 kB per entry limit."}While this 100 kB per entry limit is documented in the official setPluginData documentation, it wasn't actively enforced until recently. Our plugin functionality depends on storing entries larger than this limit.Questions:Will this restriction be enforced in the production environment as well for the existing plugins? If yes, what is the expected timeframe for enforcement in production?

I’m facing an issue where I can’t change the angle of a gradient style applied to a stroke. When I try to drag the gradient endpoints, they remain fixed, and clicking the Rotate Gradient button doesn’t seem to have any effect.Interestingly, when I set the gradient style as a background, I can rotate it as expected.   

​​​​​I can't find my Auto Layout options after updating Figma... But as you can see, Auto Layout is applied to my interface. Anyone else having the same issue?

Issue in Figma – Underline State Not Behaving as ExpectedContext:I'm creating a component (e.g. a link or button) where the label has an underline that should appear only on hover — but without causing layout shift.What I tried in Figma: I set the text to always be underlined. In the default state, I set the underline color to 0% opacity (invisible). In the hover state, I change the underline color back to 100% opacity (visible). Problem:Even though I set the underline to 0% opacity in the default state, it remains visible — Figma seems to not register the change in underline color opacity between variants.

A coworker transferred admin access to me since I have a paid account and they were on a trial account and the file is not gone. If i have a paid account and the file is under my admin, why can I no longer access the file? I need to get access to this ASAP. The attached image is what I see when I get click the link to access the file.  

After importing a figma file in figma the images do not appear in the design.I have received the the figma files from the UI designer.

 I have checked Drafts and Trash, found nothing.Is there any way I could restore my projects?

I have a suggestion for the developers:can you stop messing with EVERYTHING every fucking day? Every single day something gets moved, shortcuts stop working, useless new stuff replaces what was already there, and bugs pop up overnight in every fucking tool I try to use.Seriously, can you stop testing garbage and just leave things as they are? I just left a team on figma as i am no longer working for that company and after creating a file, I did not realize that the file was actually in the team. after I left the team, the file is now gone.is there anyway to recover the file back to my account?

I’ve added a lot of animations to one slide in my deck and it seems to be breaking the app. I’ve got 3 more to plug in but I keep getting this error: Error ID: 398179845c5a4e60b0273a827aadd94c 

I have the same slowdown happening today as a number of others here.Just hiding a layer is delayed by 5-6 seconds after the first layer’s clicked to hide.Many Paster plugin is so slow it took 38 seconds to paste 13 items into text fields!I shut down all my other files. I closed and reopened Figma. I closed all my apps and restarted my M1 chip MacBook Pro w 32GB. Still no love!Can’t work like this and this was not happening before the upgrade yesterday. Please roll back this version so I can get to work, then performance-test before rolling out again.Thanks...Racine

Hello, I am a user of Figma based in South Korea.Over the past week, several designers on our design team have been experiencing an intermittent issue where the line height of text decreases. However, this issue has not yet been resolved, and I am curious if other users are facing the same problem.We are using the font 'Noto Sans KR' for our text styles. When we double-click on a text box that is using this font to enter edit mode, we notice that the line height suddenly decreases.After uninstalling and reinstalling the font on our computers, or overwriting the font file and then accessing Figma again, the text with reduced line height returns to its original line height when clicked. However, this solution is temporary, as the same issue can occur again the next day.This phenomenon appears intermittently among designers, and some designers have not yet experienced this issue.I have attached example video below. While working in Figma Slides, I had rectangle with Background Blur effect, and I applied object animation on it, and everything was fine inside editor. But inside presentation view, animation hasn’t been playing, up until I turned Background Blur off.

I’m working on a pixel font with a upm of 8100, so if I put the type size at 81 it should align perfectly with Figma’s pixel grid. This worked for all my other fonts, but starting from 6500 upm there is a small misalignment on the pixel grid that increases with each letter. So the first letter aligns correctly, the second has a small difference and the third even more.A pixel font with upm 6400 and set at size 64px aligns correctly on the grid, but a font with upm 6500 set at 65px doesn’t.The font’s pixels align correctly on other applications, so is this a bug in Figma?Close-up of the space between two A’s. There are still noticeable issues with CPU spikes and stuttering. Most notably when making a selection or moving selected objects all the way to the left side, with pointer crossing over to the layers penal. This causes 95C temperature spike and cpu throttling.While screen recording, I somehow clicked back into figma while having the selection active. It appeared without highlights and I could move it but that had no performance impact. Thank you for looking into this. 

I have a boolean variable that I want to use to toggle between two variants on a component. It is set up correctly and works as expected in the editing mode.But when I add an interaction to a button that toggles the variable, it does not work on the variant. Weirdly, it does work for toggling the appearance of a text box. (I mapped the variable to a text box appearance value for testing). So the issue is not the interaction or mapping of the variable, it seems to be a bug specific to the variant in the preview. This is in Figma sites. I have tried re-creating from scratch and the same issue occurs.

Hi - My plugins is not enabling me to search within the community. For example I have tried searching “Iconify” and it will not search the figma community, only my own assets/created plugins/widgets. I have toggled through all of the options available to me and nothing seems to be working. I’m unsure what I am doing wrong.  

I am working on a ready-made template from figmaresouces. I am having trouble moving objects in it, such as texts and shapes. Please help.

When trying to delete a mode of a color variable, Figma freezes. This issue occurs in both the desktop app and the web version. I have tried everything to resolve this issue and also contacted the support team. Their response was: “Please rest assured that our engineering team is dedicated to resolving this issue as quickly as possible. We are committed to keeping you updated throughout the process and will provide new information as soon as it becomes available. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding—we will make sure you are informed every step of the way.” However, I urgently need a solution. I am unable to use this design system library with the business plan. I have no idea when this will be fixed. I saw a user report the same issue four months ago, and it seems like nothing has changed since then.I need an immediate solution—this is blocking my workflow!
