Our account admin (Louise Cassidy) has gone on maternity and so I need to take on the admin elements to both issue licences to new starters and also make sure that we have the right number of licences for the size of the organisation.

Can you tell me how to go about this please?

If you need to take over admin responsibilities while Louise is on leave, here’s how you can proceed:

  1. Check if you're already an admin on the team by going to the team settings.

  2. If not, an existing admin will need to make you as an organization admin. If Louise was the only admin and no one else has access, please contact our support team directly by submitting this form here, and we can help verify and update the admin access.

Once you’re an admin, you’ll be able to:

  • Manage seat assignments (add/remove members)

  • Adjust the number of licences via Admin > Settings > Plan

  • View and manage billing
