I was working on a user flow in Figjam when suddently the file was empty with just the white frame remaining.

 

When I go into version history, the content reappears. I’ve tried to restore multiple versions and the same thing happens. Content is normal in version history, blank when I leave.

Sorry to hear that your FigJam file content suddenly disappeared — that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have.

 

Just to make sure I understand correctly: you're able to see the content when viewing version history, but when you restore a version, the file becomes blank again. Is that right?

To help us investigate further, could you provide a bit more detail?

  • Was your internet connection stable when the issue occurred?

  • Did this happen while using the Figma desktop app, a supported browser, or both?

  • If you duplicate a version to create a new file, does the same issue appear in the new file? Here’s how to do that: Duplicate a version

If possible, sharing a screenshot or short video recording showing the issue would also be super helpful.
