I’m going to renew my one-year subscription for my team.
In my current setup I have 5 full seats.
For the next year, I need 3 full seats and 2 dev seats.
I cannot understand how to make this change. I’ve tried different ways but ended up with the annual subscription for 3 full and 2 dev seats, alongside the monthly subscription for 2 full (and unassigned) seats. And now I cannot get rid of this monthly subscription.
It's a ridiculously messy and frustrating experience.
