When accidentally scrolling over annotations using the mouse wheel or left button + spacebar, the interface gets stuck in hand tool mode even though the hand tool is disabled.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a file with annotations
- Scroll over an annotation using mouse wheel or left click + spacebar
- Hand tool mode becomes active and won't turn off
Workarounds:
- Switch between Design/Draw/Dev modes, or
- Close and reopen the file
