Hi there i have not been able to join the waitlist for New Ai Feature and I cannot see the process on my system, I cannot see the join waitlist button

This issue has just begun affecting my files today. Selecting frames or sections has become extremely slow, even selecting a single frame takes about a second before I can interact with it. Selecting multiple frames and sections takes more than 8 seconds before they can be interacted with. I’ve tried restarting, refreshing, and clearing the cache, but these actions haven’t resolved the problem. I am using the Figma app & I am working on a M3 Pro MacBook

When I add a video to a prototype it remains playing in loop, after disabling “Autoplay” and “Loop”.Made tests in different pages, with different video assets, and also cleaned Figma’s cache.

Hello. I’m having trouble accepting/rejecting main file updates in my branch. It looks like the modal is cut off but it won’t scroll. This only happens sometimes. Is this a bug? Is there something i can do on my end? Thanks!

HiEven though my payment method hasn't changed, my bill payment is having trouble this month. It gives me an error "Your card has been declined." with the same card. During this period, I decided to activate a Figma Education account to support my learning process.This situation continued until I found a job opportunity, and now I no longer need the Education account. Hello,I was logged into an old school email, and after graduating recently, the institution deleted that email address. I wasn’t able to edit the email for the account and now, I cannot sign back in. I cancelled my plan subscription in January, and time has gone by without charging my money.. but my design sheet of 4 team members, $66 was automatically paid. I ask for a refund.

I am really dissatisfied with your support model. I don't understand the reason for all this disorder.Even though I submitted a ticket and confirmed that I have no outstanding balance—my dashboard clearly shows my balance as zero—you still went ahead and locked my account.Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Dear Figma,My account doesnt have AI feature. In other side, my team’s account already have it and I dont know how to turn on it. 

What is paste to replace? If I copy an instance inside an auto layout frame, then I want to past in the instance again...when I right-click the frame in the Figma left sidebar, the only option I am given is “paste to replace.” What??? I just simply want to past an instance inside of a frame. NOT replace the frame. C’mon Figma. This is not that hard.

While creating styles with linked variables, I noticed a lack of system status visibility. When you link a font size variable to a style and reopen the variable list, a blue bar appears, indicating the selected state.However, for line-height or letter-spacing, after linking the variables, reopening the list does not show any selected state.This creates confusion about whether the style is inheriting the variable from the current file or an external source. The issue is most noticeable when copying and pasting styles between different files. 

All my transparent background SVGs have got a solid black / white backgrounds for some reason - overnight. and this has happened to all my design files. I need them to be SVGs not transparent PNGs - since im working with vector designs. Any solution for this?

I’ve recently been trying to use the mobile app (iOS) to look at designs and prototypes as I’m creating them on my laptop—and I’m finding that the app is having serious trouble keeping up to date with edits I’m making.Some changes show up immediately but others don’t at all. They might be a color, size, or just about any change. Some specific things like constraints while viewing a prototype in Responsive mode seem to flip flop between a new and previous state. So after a few changes I have this franken-view of my design in the app that gets worse as I go.The most reliable way to get everything on the app to be current is making the app re-open the file. I’ve done this either by backing completely out of the file and re-opening it or switching between View File and View Prototype and back again. Both take a lot of time for something I shouldn’t even have to be thinking about.If nothing else, a Manual Refresh command would be very much appreciated. Really though it would be better if th

Hi, I made a navigation bar that has a line underneath the selected icon. The first 2 icons have the line move between them smoothly, however the other 2 has an issue where the line just disappears, and reappears. I have no clue what the issue could be.

Many times, when I open the “Update from main” when I’m in a branch there are no action buttons to do anything. I do not know if there is something I need to do to get them visible, but they are just not there. Then other times the buttons are there and it’s easy to make the update. I am not sure what is going on.

I’m not able to use my system level keyboard shortcuts while working in the main Figma application window. The only way to use them is by first opening one of the menus in the OS menu bar, which kind of defeats the whole purpose

I was working on a file with a couple of libraries linked, and the next day they were unlinked. I can still see the style names, but the libraries are no longer linked to my file.Does anyone knows why is that happening?
