Because of the generative nature of Figma Make and AI models, prompts may occasionally fail for an unknown reason. 

As a first step, please wait a short while, refresh your tab, and try the prompt again.

If the issue happens repeatedly in the same file, try duplicating the file and start running the prompt in the copy.

And, one more thing to check: are you using a VPN, proxy, firewall, or browser extension? If so, try temporarily disabling them to see if performance improves (or ask your IT team to unblock Port 443 for Figma.com). These can sometimes interfere with Figma’s functionality.
