Hi, 

I was asked to re-verify my student status in, I think September ore October, which I did. After that Figma still told me I had to re-verify so I tried verifying again only to be told I exceeded my verification limit, so I contacted SheerID, who said I was verified already. By now I am looked out of my team and am to be locked out of the teams for my classes the problem is not limited to my classes my whole account is markt as unverified. Is there any way to reset my verification limit?

I see that the Figma account linked to your Forum email address, and it appears that your education verification hasn’t been completed yet.

If you’re still seeing the “Verification Limit Exceeded” message, the best next step is to reach out to SheerID directly here. They now have an improved process for handling these cases and can review your verification status more efficiently. Even if you’ve already contacted them before, I recommend reaching out again so they can take another look and advise on next steps.

Since Figma doesn’t have access to review documents or confirm individual eligibility, SheerID is the only team able to reset or update your verification limit. To help things move quickly, please also make sure to respond promptly to any follow-up emails or requests they send.
