Education verification failure

Im trying to verify that I’m a student and it keeps failing.  I need Figma for my collage class. I contacted Sheer id but they closed the ticket. 

Please help.

    To access your Professional tools through the Education plan, just make sure you’ve selected this team in your account. Hope this helps!
