A colleague of mine is trying to use the “Rewrite this...” function within Figma, I have action to it no problem but it’s not showing for her. Even when she searches for it. It’s this item at the top of the recents section.

Could you double-check whether your colleague has edit access to the file? The features rewrite, translate, and shorten text with AI are available on all paid plans, but they only appear when the user has edit permissions.
To confirm, are you both testing this in the same file?
If your colleague still can’t access AI features, it could be due to one of these account-level reasons:
Team or org opted out: The admin may have disabled AI features for the team or organization. They’ll need to reach out to their admin to check.
Education plan: Most AI features are not available on Figma for Education plans and Government accounts.
