Hi I am unable to re-verify my Figma education plan. I am an educator working for Austin Community College. I contacted SheerID and this was the response.

I have also tried contacting education@figma.com but haven’t received a response. I am unsure what to do next to reset my verification or how to provide additional documentation. I am currently using my school assigned email.
