Figma education plan expired

Hello, 
I’m currently an active student at Monlau group in Barcelona. They provided us a plan for a whole 2 years, but mine got already expired in within a month. I’ve already tried to re-activate the plan, but it says that the plan is already in use, even tho I have mine expired.

Could you please review my case and restore access to my Education plan?
My Figma account is registered under this email address: [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] (student email)

Since the verification process for higher-education students is fully handled by our partner SheerID, the best next step is to contact their support team so they can check what’s happening with your verification and why it’s showing as “already in use.”
