Asset search does not return results in any file (new or old), both on Web and Desktop. Even newly created components with simple names are not searchable. It seems the account search index is broken.

I have a problem when I try to use symbols — they appear in a distorted/broken form. I deleted the application and reinstalled it, but the same problem still exists. I also opened the website online and found the same issue there. 

I’ve seen this issue raised a couple times. I’m hoping to archive an old file despite the warnings against all data lost after closing an account being permanent. I transferred ownership of the file before closing it and now it’s gone.I had two accounts. Account A – under an inactive email address but I kept this account open because it of the AI credits associated with it. I thought I could use them when trying Magic Animator but then had to buy credits anyways? So that’s another issue I’d like to get clarity on. Account B – is the secondary account that I closed.My goal was to consolidate everything into Account A, eliminate Account B and update Account A’s email address.Before closing Account B, I transferred ownership of a file to Account A. I saw the file appear in my Shared files in Account A, so I was under the impression that the transfer was successful. I then closed Account B.After closing Account B:

First, I shared the prototype for review. Then I wanted to move the prototype to a team project, but there was no option to move the prototype. Then I went to the prototype and clicked "Move prototype to team project." After that, the prototype disappeared. I checked all the trashes, and the prototype was nowhere to be found. I was the only one who had access to the prototype.How can I restore access to the prototype?

Hi, Figma Education Team,I am writing to request urgent assistance with my Figma Education Plan. Like many other users, I am experiencing serious re-verification issues.I am a UX design student at Yrgo, Sweden, and I lost access to my Figma Education Plan in September 2025 after missing the re-verification window. Hi everyone,I accidentally approved an additional seat on our Pro plan. I removed it immediately after noticing the mistake, and the seat was not used.Has anyone experienced something similar? Glass effect not working if inside Auto Layout parent with "First on top" Canvas stacking order. (And if that glass effect element is wrapper by another frame)Create a frame element (like a navbar) that has Glass effect and call it glassNavbar Place it in a frame representing a page.  Add some more elements in the page so we have a page that the navbar is sitting on top of. What is the “one-time charges and credits” $20 for? I am renewing my subscription for 2 full seat users, and yet i also have to pay an extra $20 for this. Please help to clarify why 

I know I know windows, everyone uses MacOS etc However Figma Slides doesn’t make it easy to export all slides to a single pdf there is no “files” option Like there is no UI option to export slides as individual slides or all at once. This is not useful. Documentation is not helpful for window users missing on user base

Creating a comment in FigJam will often cause cursor to get stuck in Hand Tool mode. Especially so on click and drag to create a comment area selection.  Only way I’ve discovered to release the state and return the cursor to Pointer / Select Tool is to click create new tab, or navigate to another tab, and click back. It’s a common mis-click and leads to significant efficiency disruption. Anyone else experiencing this?

Experiencing pixel nudge problem, does anyone have the same problem or whats the solution for this.When moving a point from a shape or from pen tool using keyboard arrow keys it nudges 2px even the nudge amount is set to 1px in the settings. The problem also occurs for big nudges, jumping from 20px instead of 10px. When the nudge amount is set to 0.5px, the point will nudge 1px. The problem only occur on points and not on shapes or objects, as far as I observed. Figma Desktop App version 126.0.4I also attahced a quick video.

I recently set up my student account under the Figma Professional Plan. However, after accepting ownership of a FigJam file, I was unable to add a new page and received a prompt to upgrade to a Professional Plan. It was my understanding that my student verification already granted me access to these professional features. Hi, Sometimes annotations don’t get saved but simply disappear.It often seems to happen in this order: writing annotation - selecting category - enter.So when clicking enter while the focus is not in the text field of the annotation… I started to copy the written text before leaving the annotation, so I don’t have to rewrite everything again, which is very unpleasant- especially in meetings. 

I purchased Tequila Sunrise from YouWorkForThem — both the desktop font and the WebFonts package. I used the desktop font to design my site in Figma, then published it via Figma Sites.When I go to the Fonts section to upload the missing font, I get the error: "Files don't match font, check files and try again." I'm certain the WOFF/WOFF2 files I'm uploading correspond to the same typeface I used in the design.I'm unsure whether this is a naming mismatch in the webfont files themselves (e.g., the internal font-family name not matching what Figma expects) or a bug/limitation on Figma's side. On most other web-building platforms, this would be straightforward — you'd just map the uploaded webfont to the one used in the design.Has anyone encountered this? Any workarounds?

Hi, I am unable to get the Grammarly plugin to open on a Figma Slides file. Any reason why this might be happening?

Hi,Overnight, my prototype started acting weird in regards to stroke.It looks like the element shortly inherits the default stroke from when applying it before showing the correct one when navigating back and forth between screens.Yesterday, it worked like a charm.I’ve cleared my cache, restarted, reinstalled, etc.

Hi,When I transfer my designs to the developer, if I apply “clip content” to my page that has overflows (to apply scrolling in prototyping mode), it is impossible for him to see the elements that go beyond the limit that is fixed. I am obliged to uncheck “clip content” to let him see all the elements, which is a hassle.Can you fix it in the DEV mode or is there a workaround to achieve this without having to check/uncheck that “Clip content” box before design handoff?
